  • Day 1 Day 1: Arrival In Kathmandu (1,350M) Transfer To Hotel.

      Sherpa Trekking & Expedition staff will be there at the airport to meet you and transfer you to your hotel. In the evening we will put on a welcome dinner at a typical Nepali restaurant along with a cultural dance. Today we will also brief you on the route we take and will answer your questions concerning the trek. You will stay overnight at a hotel in the tourist area of Thamel. 

  • Day 2 Day 2: Drive From Kathmandu To Pokhara (9,00 M) 6-7 Hours.

      With breakfast out of the way, we head by bus to Pokhara. The bus trip will allow you to take in the changing countryside as we pass through dense forest and cross rivers, and of course some glimpses of the Himalayan peaks. Tonight we will stay at a guesthouse with breakfast included.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Drive From Pokhara To Nayapul & Trek To Ulleri (1,960M) 5-6 Hours,

      Another day on the road by private vehicle takes us to Nayapul from where our trek begins. We will climb uphill through the forest for two to three hours before reaching Ulleri Village. As we climb we will catch sight of Annapurna South and Himchuli peaks. We will stay overnight in a hotel with all meals included.

  • Day 4 Day 4: Trek From Ulleri To Ghorepani (2,860M) 5-6 Hours.

      In the morning we will follow the trail towards Ghorepani, slowly ascending through rhododendron and oak forest to higher elevations. At Ghorepani, we will stay at a guesthouse for the night with all meals included.

  • Day 5 Day 5: Hike Up To To Poon Hill Viewpoint (3210M) & To Tadapani (2710M) 6-7 Hours.

      Poon Hill is well worth getting out of bed before sunrise. The views never fail to please! Standing on the hill we can watch the changing light reflect off the surrounding peaks, such as Dhaulagiri (8167m), Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna II (7937m), Annapurna III (7855m), Annapurna IV (7525m), Annapurna South (729m), Nilgiri (6940m), Tukuche (6920m), Varaha Shikhar (7847m) & Lamjung Himal (6931m). Sunset offers a similar experience. Make sure your camera is at the ready in order to catch the moment. After Poon Hill we head back to Ghorepani for breakfast and then head off to Tadapani Village, passing through the village of Deurali until we reach Tadapani where we will stay in a guesthouse for the night, with all meals included.

  • Day 6 Day 6: Trek From Tadapani To Ghandruk (2,012M) 3-4 Hours.

      A relatively easy day is ahead of us as we trek through oak and rhododendron forests, often alive with beautiful wildflowers. Our next destination is the mostly Gurung village of Ghandruk where we can view several peaks, such as: Annapurna South, Gangapurna, (7455m), Machapuchare, Annapurna III and Hiunchuli. Ghandruk happens to be the second biggest Gurung village in Nepal. Its Buddhist traditions and culture convey a sense of tranquility and charm. It also has its own Buddhist monastery. What makes Ghandruk stand out is its distinct architecture with houses constructed of stone with slate roofs. Tonight we will stay at a guesthouse with all meals included.

  • Day 7 Day 7: Trek From Ghandruk To Nayapul & Drive To Pokhara (900M) 6-7 Hours.

      Heading back along the route we took to reach Poon Hill we follow a steep track until we reach Syaula Bazaar. Continuing along the trail we pass several small villages and pass through the terraced fields planted in various assortment of crops. Our trek ends at Nayapul from where we drive back to Pokhara for the night at a hotel near the lakeside. All meals included. 

  • Day 8 Day 8: Drive Back To Kathmandu ( 1,350M) 6-7 Hours.

      Before heading back to Kathmandu you will have time to explore Pokhara, taking in the views over Phewa Tal (lake) and maybe have a coffee at one of the many lakeside cafes. On arrival back in Kathmandu, we will take you to your hotel where you can sit back and relax or wander around Thamel for some souvenirs and last-minute shopping.

  • Day 9 Day 9: Transfer To International Airport For Your Final Departure.

      This is your last day in Nepal as a Sherpa Expedition and Trekking representative will take you to the airport at least 3 hours prior to your departure. On your way home you will have time to reflect on your trip and maybe start planning your next adventure to the mountain wilderness. Breakfast included.
