To guarantee an amazing but safe experience to you and your loved ones. The protocols are as follows: All of our staff. Including guides, porters, horsemen, cooks and drivers will go through a COVID19 molecular discard test before being able to work. Our doctor will check on our staff to go through a discard triage for any risk of infection before every service. Temperature control is mandatory to both staff and passengers. Hand-washing is mandatory for both our staff and clients. Quechuas Expeditions guides always carry a personal first-aid kit including masks, gloves and thermometers, etc. The usage of masks is mandatory to both staff and passengers. The 1 and a half meters minimum-distance between each person will be respected and organized by our guides. Our vehicles will be disinfected following the biosecurity protocols given by the Health Ministry in Peru before and after every service. Inside our vehicles there will always be masks, hand sanitizer and a first-aid kit with oxygen masks, etc. in case any of our clients need them. We will only use 50% of the vehicle capacity in order to respect the social distancing requirements.

  • Day 1 Qenqo - Temple Of Monkey โ€“ Temple Of The Moon โ€“ Inkilltambo (Temple Of The Mother Earth) - Inkilltambo Sky Lodge Dome

      We will come and pick you up from your hotel around 8:30am and leave in a private vehicle to reach the starting point of the hike to Qenqo, Also known as the Temple of Pachamama, after a light Hike to the temple of the moon, it was a place to measure the solstices and equinoxes. The moon illuminates the main altar through a small hole in the roof of this cave. Then we head to the Temple of the Monkeys (Kusilluchayoq) where we will find sculptures of pumas, snakes and monkeys carved in the same living rock. After an exploration we will Choose our Llamas/Alpacas to walk along the sacred road to the Antisuyo (original Inca Trail that led to the jungle) the 1 hour and 20 minutes walk to reach the Inkillatambo archaeological complex located in Qapaq รฑan), which in Quechua means "the Great Sacred Inca Trail". During this walk we will walk cross a small eucalyptus forest that will lead us to the archaeological complex surrounded by Inca terraces. Besides being used as an agricultural and religious center, this site was also related to astronomy. Afterwards we will continue to our Sky Lodge Glamping where we will have lunch a take the afternoon free to relax and in the evening we will enjoy a group bonfire.

       Early morning about 8:00am after having a nice breakfast we leave from our Sky Lodge Dome and go toward the sacred valley visiting firstly pisaq which is the first archaeological site of the sacred valley and after exploring this place we go to urubamba which is the place where we have lunch and then we go to ollantaytambo (the Inca living town) After exploring this beautiful place we will take the train to machupicchu then we will go to our Hotel (Overnight in A Hotel)


  • Day 3 Aguas Calientes โ€“ Machupicchu โ€“ Aguas Calientes โ€“ Ollantaytambo - Cusco

      Early morning we start walking at 4:30am to be in machupicchu early. as soon as the sun comes up: Remenber that machupicchu will be open at 6:00 am as soon as they open the control point our guide will take you to the upper part of the city to take pictures and then you are going to be taken to explore the whole machupicchu city for about 2 hours and then you will have free time to explore by yourself. And then after you have enjoyed all of machupicchu you have to go down to aguas calientes to take train back to ollantaytambo and then bus back to cusco.
