      Your first nights accommodation is in Beechworth. With no cycling on your arrival day so check into your accommodation, and enjoy Beechworthโ€™s ambiance. A dinner reservation is made for you at a local restaurant (2 courses) and is included in your tour.

      A full breakfast is included with your room booking. Itโ€™s also worth a brief visit into town to try some exceptional coffee at one, or many, of Beechworthโ€™s emerging cafes before heading off on your cycling tour. Starting from Beechworth at around 9.30am, our local concierge will meet and greet you. Using the provided maps and being a self guided tour, you have the flexibility to cycle anywhere you would like to visit. Lunches are booked for you but all other visits are at your leisure. Your first stop is Pennyweight Winery, which is a 10-20 minute ride from the start of the rail trail, so donโ€™t arrive too early! Wine purchases can be picked up from here. Leaving Pennyweights, join the Rail Trail again heading downhill toward Everton, admiring the rural views across the King Valley. This should take you between 30-45 mins. Follow the Rail Trail downhill all the way to Everton station. At Everton Station, double back & stay right on the fork in the rail trail, cycling to Gapsted and Myrtleford. You are heading toward Taylors Gap, the only uphill section of the ride for the whole tour. Lunch From Everton it is about an hours+2 ride to your lunch stop at Gapsted Winery located on the Rail Trail just after Taylors Gap, where a lunch booking has been made for you for. Superb food awaits you and a great wine list. Enjoy the wines and the stunning scenery down the Alpine Valley and of Mt Buffalo from Gapsted. Itโ€™s only a short 30 minute ride to Myrtleford where you will stay for the evening. Evening Meal Tonight is free in Myrtleford to try one of the many local restaurants.

      Jump on your bikes and follow the Great Alpine Rd for a brief section, looking for the Alpine Gate Cafรฉ where a full breakfast has been booked for you. Your first recommended stop is the Pumpkin Seed Factory on the left hand side of Great Alpine Rd just out of Myrtleford (20 mins). This is the only pumpkin seed production site in Australia and well worth a visit. We now head to the Bright Berry Farm, about 40-60 min ride along the Rail Trail. Here they serve the best sundaes youโ€™re likely to tasteโ€ฆ.ever! Lunch Twenty minutes further along the Rail Trail brings you to Ringer Reef winery โ€“ where your included lunch has been booked for you. A stunning winery with gorgeous views across the valley to Mt Buffalo. Jump back on your bikes and ride into Bright. This is a beautiful part of the Rail Trail, passing through Porepunkah. Continue to follow the Rail Trail all the way to Bright, enjoying the beautiful section of the Rail Trail lined with poplars โ€“ passing the big yellow โ€˜Welcome to Brightโ€™ sign - and continue along the rail trail until your reach Bright. Tonight enjoy your final included dinner at one of Brights many restaurants. Accommodation is included in Bright
