  • Day 1 Welcome To Mexico City

      Welcome To Mexico City

      The vibrant capital of the country is a bustling metropolis with tons of culture, incredible cuisine and a whole lot of fun. After you arrive at the airport, head over to pick up your luggage and then make your way to your hotel, drop off your bags and get settled. Then head out and explore the city at your own pace but donโ€™t forget the welcome meeting at 6 pm. Head out for an optional welcome dinner before heading back to the hotel for the night.

  • Day 2 Tacos And Tequila

      Tacos And Tequila

      Today, weโ€™ll be exploring the heart of the city and immersing ourselves in the vibrant culture and history of Mexico. Start our city tour with a visit to the Zocalo, the main square, Palacio Nacional-the official residence of the President of Mexico. From there, weโ€™ll continue to the Palacio de Bellas Artes, a stunning art nouveau building that houses some of Mexicoโ€™s most famous murals and serves as a cultural centre for the city. Next, weโ€™ll visit the Cathedral Metropolitana, the largest cathedral in the Americas and a stunning example of colonial architecture. After our tour ends, weโ€™ll head to a local taco restaurant to try some authentic Mexican tacos, then head out to a local bar to try some Mexican Tequila 

  • Day 3 Ancient Pre-Hispanic City

      Ancient Pre-Hispanic City

      Spend your day exploring the Teotihuacan Ruins, an ancient pre-Hispanic city located only 45km northeast of Mexico City. You will walk in awe as you pass by iconic structures like the Pyramid of Sun, Moon and Feathered Serpent Pyramid. Step into a different era and experience this amazing feat of mesoamerican engineering for yourself! Once youโ€™ve explored the ruins, make sure to visit one of Mexico Cityโ€™s most important religious sites - The Basilica de Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe (Guadalupe Shrine) and find yourself surrounded by breathtaking history and culture that canโ€™t be found anywhere else in the world.





  • Day 4 Merida

      Merida

      Today, weโ€™ll be taking a flight from Mexico City to Merida and embarking on a walking tour of this beautiful and historic city. Merida is the cultural capital of the Yucatan Peninsula, and boasts a rich colonial heritage, stunning architecture, and a vibrant local culture. Our walking tour will take us through the cityโ€™s main plazas, including the Plaza de la Independencia, Plaza Grande, and Parque Hidalgo. Weโ€™ll visit some of the cityโ€™s most iconic landmarks, including the Cathedral de San Ildefonso, the Palacio de Gobierno, and the Casa de Montejo. In the evening, relax and unwind at one of the cityโ€™s many local restaurants and cafes, sampling traditional Yucatecan cuisine and sipping on refreshing local drinks like Horchata or Agua de Jamaica. 



  • Day 5 Uxmal Ruins, A Unesco World Heritage Site

      Uxmal Ruins, A Unesco World Heritage Site

      Start the day by visiting the Uxmal Ruins, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located just outside of Merida. Uxmal is one of the most important archaeological sites in Mexico, and is known for its stunning architecture and intricate stonework. Weโ€™ll have the opportunity to explore the ancient pyramids, temples, and courtyards, and learn about the fascinating history and culture of the Mayan people. Next, weโ€™ll take a Cenote tour, where weโ€™ll have the opportunity to explore some of the natural wonders of the Yucatan Peninsula. Cenotes are natural swimming holes formed by the collapse of limestone bedrock, and are a popular destination for swimming, snorkelling, and diving. Weโ€™ll visit some of the most beautiful and secluded Cenotes in the area, and have the opportunity to swim and explore these stunning natural formations. In the afternoon, weโ€™ll have some free time to explore at our own pace. You can choose to relax and unwind at your hotel, or explore some of the local markets, boutiques, and cafes. 





  • Day 6 Explore Izamal And The Chichen Itza Ruins

      Explore Izamal And The Chichen Itza Ruins

      Today, weโ€™ll be travelling from Merida to Valladolid, with a stop to explore Izamal and the Chichen Itza Ruins along the way. Our first stop will be Izamal, a charming colonial town known for its distinctive yellow buildings and rich Mayan heritage. Weโ€™ll take a walking tour of the townโ€™s main plaza, including the impressive Convento de San Antonio de Padua, one of the oldest and most important religious buildings in the Yucatan. Next, weโ€™ll visit the Chichen Itza Ruins, one of the most famous and iconic archaeological sites in Mexico. Weโ€™ll have the opportunity to explore the ancient pyramids, temples, and courtyards, and learn about the fascinating history and culture of the Mayan people. Continue our journey to Valladolid, a charming colonial town known for its beautiful architecture and vibrant local culture. Weโ€™ll have some free time to explore the townโ€™s markets, boutiques, and cafes, and soak up the local atmosphere.



  • Day 7 Las Coloradas Vivid Pink Colour Of The Water

      Las Coloradas Vivid Pink Colour Of The Water

      Take a scenic drive through the Yucatan countryside, passing through small towns and picturesque landscapes. Our first stop will be Rio Lagartos, a peaceful fishing village situated on the northern coast of the Yucatan Peninsula. Here, weโ€™ll board a boat for a tour of the Rio Lagartos Biosphere Reserve, home to hundreds of species of birds, crocodiles, and even the occasional jaguar. Next, weโ€™ll visit Las Coloradas, a unique and other worldly pink-hued salt flat located just a short distance from Rio Lagartos. The vivid pink colour of the water is caused by the presence of microorganisms and high concentrations of salt and other minerals. Weโ€™ll have the opportunity to take a swim in the crystal-clear waters, and snap some unforgettable photos of this surreal and beautiful landscape.





  • Day 8 Sprawling Ancient Mayan City

      Sprawling Ancient Mayan City

      Welcome to Day 8 of your Mexico adventure! start our day with a scenic drive through the Yucatan countryside, passing through small towns and picturesque landscapes. Our first stop will be Coba, a sprawling ancient Mayan city known for its impressive pyramids and ruins. Weโ€™ll have the opportunity to climb to the top of the tallest pyramid, Nohoch Mul, for stunning views of the surrounding jungle and countryside. After exploring Coba, weโ€™ll head to nearby cenotes, a series of natural sinkholes filled with crystal-clear water, perfect for swimming and snorkelling. Weโ€™ll have the chance to cool off in the refreshing waters and marvel at the unique and beautiful limestone formations. Finally, weโ€™ll make our way to Tulum, a charming coastal town known for its stunning beaches and ancient Mayan ruins.



  • Day 9 Explore Tulum At Your Own Pace

      Explore Tulum At Your Own Pace

      Explore Tulum at your own pace. You might want to visit the Tulum Ruins, perched on a cliff overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, or take a stroll along the townโ€™s beautiful beaches. For those looking for a more active day, you could rent a bike and cycle through the town, stopping at local cafes and shops, or take a snorkelling tour to explore the coral reefs and marine life of the area. In the evening, weโ€™ll gather together for an optional farewell dinner, where weโ€™ll enjoy delicious local cuisine and reflect on the amazing experiences weโ€™ve had over the past few days. This will be a great opportunity to exchange stories and contact information with your fellow travellers before departing back home.





  • Day 10 Good Bye Mexico

      Good Bye Mexico

      Itโ€™s time to say goodbye to Mexico and your fellow travellers. Check out  time is 12 pm and transportation will take you to the airport, making sure that you arrive in plenty of time to catch your flight back home.
