We provide transportation to and from the starting point of the tour, as well as transportation between destinations and for any activities included in the tour itinerary. ยญ We can arrange airport transfers for you as part of your tour package. 7 nights accommodation in double/twin room. We offer a variety of accommodation options, including small, locally-run hotels, guesthouses, mountain huts, and eco-resorts.       Individual arrival at Dubrovnik/Podgorica/Tivat airport. Optional transfer to Zabljak. Great mountains and lakes await you here. Take the chance to walk to the Black lake in the evening hours. Adjusting of bicycles, welcome and orientation meeting.

      Your cycling adventure starts with a beautiful panorama tour. All the time the mountains of Durmitor offer you a great and dramatic panorama, before you downhill to the famous Tara bridge, which spans over the deepest canyon of Europe, the Tara Canyon. You follow the road right above the emerald green waters of Tara river, to Mojkovac. From here you are shuttled (2h) to Prokletije National Park in the far east of Montenegro at the boarder with Albania.

      A fantastic cycling adventure takes you today to the sleepy Albanian mountain villages and to the โ€œ Balcony of Enver Hoxerโ€ (picture). You cycle a road which was only very recently rebuilt and got a tarmarc surface and therefore now conveniently connects this beautiful mountainous part of Albania with the city of Shkodra.

      Today you return to Montenegro and cycle the southern shoreline of Lake Skadar. You explore a remote and very unique region โ€“ sleepy villages, ancient chestnut groves and monastery islands, a prison island, vineyards and all the time great panoramas. Your cycling concludes in Rijeka Crnojevica, a former market place at the lake in Montenegro. Shuttle (20min) and overnight in Cetinje, the old royal capital of Montenegro. 

  • Day 5 From Cetinje Via Lovcen National Park And Tivat To The Bay Of Kotor. Downhill The โ€œLadder Of Kotorโ€ To The Bay Of Kotor (Max. 73Km/+1200/-1800M)

      You climb on the old road from Cetinje to Lovcen National Park, which peaks rise above the Bay of Kotor. In a next stage you will enjoy the most beautiful downhill Montenegro has to offer - the 25 serpentines full of panoramas above the bay. After these you arrive in Tivat. From there continue on the shoreline towards Kotor. 

  • Day 6 From The Bay Of Kotor To Dubrovnik/Croatia (Max. 105Km/+1000Hm/-1000Hm)

      In the morning first you cycle pass the highlights of the Bay of Kotor โ€“ Perast and its islands. Cycle along former Yugoslavian railway track the โ€œCiroโ€ in direction to Croatia. Continue the shoreline of the Bay of Kotor until Herceg Novi, a nice town right at the boarder with Croatia and perfect spot the fill up your batteries before you continue to the boarder with Croatia. Follow another beautiful shoreline above the Adriatic sea towards the small town of Cavtat. Here your todayโ€™s cycling concludes. You are transferred to Dubrovnik in order to bridge a busy section of the road. Remark: If you do not mind to cycle the final 20km to Dubrovnik on a main road โ€“ you cover the entire distance by bike. 

  • Day 7 From Dubrovnik To Trebinje In Bosnia Hercegovina (Max. 86Km/+1100Hm/-850Hm)

      Continue your epic bike journey above the Adriatic coastline towards the boarder with Bosnia & Hercegovina. You cross into Bosnia at small boarder crossing in the middle of nowhere and soon after you start again following the former railway line Ciro until Trebinje, an atmospheric small town which is a melting point of orient and occident. Celebrate the finish your trip! This final night you can either spend in Trebinje or we return you to your accommodation of last in Dubrovnik.

      Departure

      Your cycling trip concludes following breakfast. Optional transfer to airport Dubrovnik/Tivat/Podgorica or optional extensions.
