All meals are provided throughout the tour. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements soon after booking your tour. Enjoy warm meals during picnics, served fresh and not in dry lunch boxes. This tour offers Jain, Vegetarian, Vegan, Halal and Kosher food options on request. Simply let African Polecat Safaris know the food option that you prefer.

Transport

Air-conditioned safari jeep, pop-up roof, cooler fridge & charging ports. Our vehicles are specifically designed safari jeeps, tough and efficient enough to withstand the roads we travel in. Air-conditioned 4x4 safari jeep, cooler fridge charging ports and pop-up roofs to increase visibility during game viewing. Everyone is guaranteed a window seat in the safari vehicle.

The client shall be responsible for arranging and effecting adequate insurance cover to ensure that he/she carries comprehensive travel and medical insurance. Welcome to Tanzania! You will be picked up from the airport by a African Polecat Safaris representative and driven to your accommodation in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you will hopefully have time to relax and prepare for the adventure of a lifetime!
Day 2 Arusha To Tarangire National Park

Buckle up for a scenic 2-hour drive that traverses breathtaking terrains, offering glimpses of Tanzania’s natural wonders along the way.

On arrival at Tarangire, be captivated by the majestic presence of elephant herds, diverse wildlife, and majestic baobab trees. Indulge in a delightful picnic lunch amidst the wild surroundings before resuming your game drive, exploring the Tarangire riverbanks. Keep a vigilant eye out for lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, and antelope species. Picture this: Every evening, a crackling campfire lights up the night sky, setting the scene for sunset. If the weather’s right, we’ll dine al fresco under the twinkling stars, making memories that will last a lifetime.

Day 3 Lake Manyara National Park

We will ride our bikes to Lake Manyara after breakfast at 8:45 am and a brief recap of the excursion. Along with the breathtaking vistas of Lake Manyara, you will have access to zebras, wildebeest, antelopes, and gazelles.

From 12:00 am until 1:45 pm, we then proceed for lunch and a little break. Following that, we travel to a maasai village for a cultural tour where you will learn about their lifestyle and their daily activities.

NB. A tuk-tuk is a free mode of transportation for the young and old unable to use or ride the bike.

Day 4 Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater -Arusha

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater -Arusha

Get ready for an epic day of adventure! Our safari kicks off bright and early between 6:00-6:30 am as we descend into the Ngorongoro Crater. The earlier, the greater our chances of spotting the elusive black rhinos!

Picture yourself in the comfort of our open-roof 4x4 land cruiser, ready to explore the wonders of the Crater. Standing 600-650 meters high, it’s like stepping into a natural zoo! The landscape here changes with the seasons, offering scenes you’ll only find in Tanzania.

After a thrilling morning of wildlife encounters, we’ll pause for a picnic lunch by the famous hippo pool – a spot teeming with life and excitement. With satisfied appetites, we’ll embark on more game drives, soaking in the beauty of this unique ecosystem.

After our exhilarating day, our guide will drive you back to Arusha
