  • Day 2 Amman - Desert Castles - Umm Qais - Amman

      โ€ขEnjoy your breakfast at your hotel in Amman  โ€ขStart your day by exploring the desert castles (Qasr Amra, Qasr Al Azraq, Qasr Al Kharraneh), built by Umayyad Caliphs in the 7th and 8th century.  โ€ขWeโ€™ll then head yo Umm Qais, 378 meters above sea level with a magnificent view over the Yarmouk River, the Golan Heights, and Lake Tiberias, this town was known as Gadara, one of the most brilliant ancient Greco-Roman cities of the Decapolis; and according to the Bible, the spot where Jesus (pbuh) cast out the Devil from two demoniacs (mad men) into a herd of pigs (Mathew 8:28-34). โ€ขHead back to Amman for overnight.

  • Day 3 Amman - Jerash - Ajloun - Amman

      โ€ขAfter breakfast, we will head out to explore Jerash, the "Pompeii of the East" which houses some of the best preserved Roman ruins, rivaling the ones in Rome. Spend most of the day wandering the cardoโ€”its spectacular colonnaded streetโ€”and admiring the South Theatre, Temple of Zeus, Hadrian's Arch, the Artemis Temple, and the Nymphaeum. The city's 14 churches date back to the Byzantine era and are filled with fine mosaics. โ€ขNot too far away is the only Arabic castle in Jordan, Ajloun. It is perched on a hilltop and has fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. Originally constructed in 1184 AD, it was destroyed and rebuilt over the centuries following numerous wars and earthquakes.  โ€ขHead back to Amman for overnight.

      โ€ขEnjoy your breakfast at your hotel in Amman  โ€ขMorning visit to Madaba, best known for its spectacular Byzantine and Umayyad mosaics, including the famous 6th-century mosaic map of Jerusalem and the Holy Land.  โ€ขThen stop at historic Mount Nebo, one of the most revered holy sites of Jordan and the place where Moses climbed to see the Promised Land.  โ€ขDrive towards the Dead Sea, and enjoy a relaxing timethe deepest hypersaline lake in the world. At your leisure, you can float in the clear blue, mineral-rich water, soak up some sun, and even try the invigorating full-body mud mask that cleanses the skin. โ€ขAfter that, proceed towards the South to visit Petra, the home of Nabataeaโ€™s The World Wonder, check in at the selected hotel. Late at night, you will experience Petra in a different way by visiting Petra by Night Show, this event is a magical way to see part of the rock city by candlelight and explore the old city, which has become a world wonder.       โ€ขFollowing breakfast at the hotel, youโ€™ll head out on a city tour of Petraโ€™s most fascinating sightsโ€”the Roman Theater, Qasr Bint Pharaoun, Temple of the Winged Lion, and more. As a new Seven Wonders of the World, steeped in history from Arab empires and Western and Eastern dynasties, Petra features an abundance of ancient discoveries. Plus, as you wander the area, youโ€™ll surely be mesmerized by the winding sandstone terrain. We will also bring you to the famous Al-Khazneh (the Treasury), a beautifully elaborate structure where camels hang about, posing for photos. โ€ขWe will then drive towards Wadi Rum, also known as the โ€œValley of the Moonโ€, it was here that Prince Faisal Bin Hussein and T. E. Lawrence set up their headquarters during the Arab Revolt against the Ottomans during the First World War. Their exploits are intimately linked to history. Many activities are possible in this exceptional desert and you will meet first of all the Bedouins of the desert who have preserved their t traditional way of life. A monolithic rock labyrinth stretches from the ground to a height of 1,750 meters, creating an ideal terrain for the most experienced climbers. Hikers will enjoy the tranquility of open spaces; explore the canyons and get the chance to discover the 4,000-year-old rock drawings and other wondrous treasures of this vast desert, 4ร—4 trips. โ€ขEnjoy a mouthwatering Bedouin dinner. โ€ขOvernight at your camp in Wadi Rum.
