      You are met on arrival at the Kotoka International Airport in Accra the capital city of Ghana, and transferred to your hotel.

      Accra, the capital of Ghana, is an interesting city that, although is quickly evolving, has kept its own identity, reflected in both modern and old areas where traditional activities continue to hold sway.


      A visit to a national park erected in memory of Osagyefo (the Messiah) Doctor Kwame Nkrumah, Ghanaโ€™s first president and one of its founding fathers. Built on a former British polo field, it was the point where Nkrumah declared independence in 1957. The park consists of five acres of land and holds a museum tracing Nkrumahโ€™s life. There are many personal items on display, but the centrepiece is the mausoleum, Nkrumah and his wifeโ€™s final resting place. 


      A visit to William Edward Burghardt Du Bois was an African-American civil rights activist who became a citizen of Ghana in the 1960s. He was known as the โ€˜Father of Pan-Africanismโ€™. The centre, where he and his wife once lived, and where they are now buried, houses his personal library, a small museum with a handful of personal effects such as his graduation robes. The coupleโ€™s mausoleum is surrounded by Asante stools, a seminar room, a restaurant, a gallery, an amphitheatre and a research centre for Pan-African history and culture.  


      The Arts Center where you will be warmly welcome by African drums. A visit to Ghanaโ€™s oldest open market where there is variety of products. Explore through the wonderful African open markets where you will see buyers bargaining.The Abgogloshie Yam Tubers markets, The Kokomba Markets where you could locate all the slums of Ghana. A walk through the slums areas of the capital is worthy to experience.

      We deaprt Accra  early in the mornning after breakfast to the mountains of Aburi for the ATV tour. 


      On arrival we complete some paperwork at the office, weโ€™ll move out back for helmet and goggle fitting as well as a safety talk. All ATV tours begin and end at the Far Flung Outdoor Center.


      Once we are done with the practical stuff, we begin our ride into the mountainous forest of Aburi. This tour does not operate on public land, but you will have great views looking into the mountains and the wild.

      We will stop occasionally along the tour to point out interesting geological formations, medicinal plants, and other points of interest.

      The second day of our ATV Tour continous as we explore this beautiful landscape through our drive. The forest also host a wild number of wildlife species were you can be exploring.

      We visit Boti Falls. Boti Falls is a twin waterfall located at Boti in the Manya Krobo in the Eastern region of Ghana. These two falls are referred as Male and Female. We soak ourselves in the waters and while we observe nature and it beauty.


      After Boti Fall we drive to the Aburi Botenical Gardens. The Garden which was established in the 1890s, before the garden was established it was the sanatorium of the then Gold Coast governors or in other words colonial masters.

      A tour to the Cedi Bead Factory is a must for visitors to Ghanaโ€™s Eastern Region. Here, glass beads are made from recycled glass bottles and sold to markets and craft shops through the country and overseas.


      The art of making glass beads has a long history in Ghana. For the past 400 years, the finished products have been used in ceremonies of birth, coming of age, marriage and death. Today, the city of Odumase Krobo and the wider Krobo district are particularly associated with the making of traditional glass beads.

      At Cedi Bead Factory, you can watch the intricate production process from beginning to end. Experience!

      After a long restful hours we explore the Bojo Beach. Bojo Beach is the only beach where you experience the rich "Island" experience on a sand bank with one side being fresh water and the other side being salty. This beach is sandwich between a lagoon and the sea shores.

      The lagoon joins the sea at some distant point, thus making a long strip island. And at Bojo Beach enjoy the Canoe

      Cruise on the sea.

      In the morning,a visit to the Elmina Castle, the oldest European building in Africa, erected by the Portuguese in the XV century. At different times the castle has been used as a warehouse to trade gold, ivory and, eventually, slaves. The castle we visit today is the result of successive extension works and is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site.  Outside the castle, a wonderful fishing village with lots of large colorful fishing boats โ€“ every day these canoes are guided by skilled fishermen across strong ocean waves and currents, โ€œfightingโ€ to earn a living.


      The alleys in the old town have a lively atmosphere, going back to a time when Elmina was a wild colonial town.

      A visit to the Kakum National Park, Ghanaโ€™s most famous parks. Take a brief walking tour on the forest floor where you will learn how our ancestors lived in the forest. See birds, butterflies, and perhaps catch a glimpse of the forests over 40 species of mammals including monkeys and the reclusive forest elephant. Proceed to the canopy walk. Kakum is home to Africaโ€™s only aerial walkway through the tree canopy, a 1000 foot long and seven-bridge walkway with viewing platforms that reach heights of over 150 feet above ground.

      Upon arrival in Kumasi, the historical and spiritual capital of the old Ashanti Kingdom. The Ashanti people were one of the most powerful nations in Africa until the end of the XIX century, when the British annexed Ashanti Country to their Gold Coast colony. The tribute paid today to the Asantehene (=King) is the best evidence of their past splendour and strength. With nearly one million inhabitants, Kumasi is a sprawling city with a fantastic central market, one of the biggest in Africa. Every type of Ashanti craft (leather goods, pottery, Kente cloth) is found here, along with just about every kind of tropical fruit and vegetable.


      A walk down the central market.The Kumasi Central Market (also known as Kejetia Market) is an open-air market in the city of Kumasi the capital of Ashanti.Kumasi Central Market is Kumasiโ€™s, Ashantiโ€™s, and Ashantiland Peninsulaโ€™s, West Africaโ€™s and Continental Africaโ€™s largest open air markets.

      Visiting the Cultural Centre, Prempeh II Jubilee Museum and Okomfo Anokye Sword Site.

      In the morning ,Kumasi wakes up slowly and the streets of the city, very busy, become like a charming and interesting stage to any curious traveller. We will explore 


      We also will visit the Royal Palace Museum โ€“ hosting a unique collection of gold jewels worn by the Ashanti court โ€“ and a few nearby villages called  Bonwire specialised in weaving the ancient traditional Kente cloth, praised by the socially important people and used to make special ceremonial stools.


      The woodcarving village of Ahwiaa, known for the talented craftsmen who fashion royal stools, walking sticks and fertility dolls from wood.

      Next visit the Village of Ntonso where artisanโ€™s hand-stamp patterns on cotton cloth to make Adinkra textiles. You will learn how the black dye is made from the bark of trees.


      Next visit the village of Bonwire, where the famous Kente cloth is handmade on looms in a time-honored tradition passed down through generations. You will see the Kente weavers in process of creating Kente cloth in various styles, and have the opportunity to try your hand at weaving.
