About experience

On arrival at Kathmandu Airport (TIA), you will be greeted by one of your guides; get assistance with your baggage and transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. You will be accommodated at Kathmandu Suite Home or nearby hotel of similar standard. After your arrival at the hotel, you will be introduced with your Guide / Yoga Instructor and you will get short briefing about the tour.

During the tour, you will join daily an hour yoga session with your Yoga Instructor (Guru) and enjoyย 5-6 hours hiking everydayย with inspiring view of nature and Himalaya. Your accommodation will be provided at locally owned guesthouses (breakfast included). All travel logistics including car pick up / drop off are included in the tour.

Tour Itinerary:

Day 01:ย Arrival in Kathmandu (TIA). Overnight at hotel, inclusive of breakfast.

Day 02:ย Join yoga session in the morning and drive to Sundarijal (45 minutes) and trek to Sundarijal (2040 meters, 4 - 5 hours). Overnight at local guesthouse, inclusive of breakfast.

Day 03:ย Join yoga session in the morning and trek to Nagarkot (2060 meters, 5 - 6 hours). Overnight at hotel, inclusive of breakfast.

Day 04:ย Get up early in the morning for sunrise and panoramic view of Himalaya and join yoga session. After breakfast trek to Dhulikhel (6 - 7 hours), evening sunset view and join yoga session. Overnight at hotel, inclusive of breakfast.

Day 05:ย Early morning enjoy sunrise and Himalayan view and join yoga session. After breakfast trek to Balthali (6-7 hours).ย Overnight atย resort, inclusive of breakfast.

Day 06: Join yoga session. After breakfast, walk down to Khopasi (1 hour), and drive back to Kathmandu (1 hour). Overnight at hotel, inclusive of breakfast.
