Day 1: KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT โ€“ ARUSHA

Stop At: Arusha, Arusha, Arusha Region
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (advise time), pick-up and transfer to your lodge in Arusha for overnight

Day 2: ARUSHA โ€“ LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK

Stop At: Lake Manyara National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, Arusha Region
In the morning after your breakfast you will be picked from your hotel in Arusha and proceed to Manyara National Park for game drive, Nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley Escarpment, the park is recognized for its incredible beauty. You can see many game animals such as buffalo, elephant, giraffe, impala, hippo and others. Eventually you will visit the beautiful Lake Manyara, which Ernest Hemingway once called the โ€œThe loveliest lake in Africa.โ€ The national park is home to the unique tree-climbing lions of Lake Manyara, which youโ€™ll have the chance to see lounging in the high tree branches. If you love bird watching then here is the best place to start sporting as many species as you can. Continue with game drive till late evening then drive back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: MANYARA โ€“ SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Stop At: Serengeti National Park, Serengeti National Park
After breakfast start your way to Serengeti National Park (driving time some 4 hours, but with plenty to see on the way!). Our journey takes us west and north, our exciting destination being a name familiar to everyone โ€“ the Serengeti National Park! En-route you will see grazing zebras, antelopes and giraffes and sometimes some buffalos hiding in the bush. We will head to the Lobo area which is located just north of the Seronera area (central Serengeti National Park). We will arrive on lunch time and later enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Park. At the end of the afternoon, exhausted and exhilarated, you will be transferred back to your chosen accommodation for dinner and to talk about the many fantastic experiences youโ€™ve had today.

Day 4: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK (FULL DAY)

Stop At: Serengeti National Park, Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, enjoy a full day game drive in the Serengeti National Park. The area around Lobo and the Grumeti River has good resident game throughout the year. Non- migrating game like elephant, buffalo, gazelle, zebra, lion, leopard and cheetah can be seen here all year round. The game viewing is very good and you can follow game for long periods without seeing other vehicles โ€“ truly one of the forgotten corners of the Serengeti Plains. Magnificent riverine trees can be found along the river lines and bird life such as kingfishers and fish eagles can be found here. On your return to the camp, a leisurely lunch and time to relax before setting out on the afternoon game drive. After dinner tonight, listen to the sounds of the wilderness and gaze at the changing colors of the African skies.

Day 5: SERENGETI โ€“NGORONGORO CRATER - ARUSHA

Stop At: Ngorongoro Crater, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Tanzania
Before breakfast go for the early morning game drive in the Serengeti which is the best time to see the animals as they get out from their hide for the morning preys or return from their night hunt. Later return to your lodge for hot breakfast. After a pleasant breakfast, itโ€™s time to drive eastwards to visit another spectacular setting for Tanzaniaโ€™s wildlife, the famous Ngorongoro Crater. Upon arrival, we will descend 600m into the crater for a wonderful game drive inside the Ngorongoro Crater on World Heritage Site holding a permanent population of more than 30 000 animals. As only very few of those migrate in and out of the crater with its 2000 ft. high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. The Crater is also home to the rare black rhino almost extinct in Tanzania. With a bit of lucky you will see the โ€˜Big Fiveโ€™ during one game drive. You will have your picnic lunch in the crater before we return to the Arusha.

Day 6: ARUSHA โ€“ KILIMANJARO (MACHAME GATE)

Stop At: Kilimanjaro National Park, Kilimanjaro National Park, Kilimanjaro Region
After breakfast you will be picked from your hotel in Arusha and be transferred to Mountain Kilimanjaro, Machame gate. The journey passes through the villages of Machame which is located on the lower slopes of the mountain. This tour will take you to the base of Mount Kilimanjaro for sightseeing on walking and the great opportunity to see the ice cape of Mount Kilimanjaro, the Africa's highest point. You will enjoy and experience nature, greenish scenery, landscape, home stay and the opportunity to meet with local people in their daily way of life. Late in the afternoon you will be transferred to your hotel in Moshi for relaxation and overnight.

Day 7: MOSHI - KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (DEPARTURE)

After breakfast you will check out from your hotel in Moshi and get transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport to catch your flight home.
