  • Day 1 Arrival In Huaraz

      Arrival In Huaraz

      Reception at the bus station and transfer to the hotel. After check-in at the hotel, we will have free time to rest.

      ** NOTE: we recommend arriving before 8 in the morning.

      Morning:. Callejรณn de Huaylas- Laguna de Llanganuco - Yungay  - Caraz 

      At 9am, departure towards Callejรณn de Huaylas, along the valley we will appreciate the majesty of the Cordillera Blanca. We will make a stop to visit the city of Carhuaz and taste the delicious ice creams made from natural fruit, we will visit its parade ground, the temple of "San Pedro" where the image of the Virgin of Las Mercedes (Mama Meche) is located. Our tours continue, this time we will pass through the towns of Toma, Tinco, Tingua and Mancos. We arrive at the city of Yungay (Campo Santo de Yungay), we will visit the White Christ or Christ the Redeemer of Yungay, remains of the Cathedral, palm trees, buses. Then we will enter the Huascarรกn National Park, we will arrive at the Llanganuco gorge to appreciate the scenic beauty of the Llanganuco Lagoon (Chinancocha (3,850 masl). In this place, you can take a boat or horse ride, or walk around the lagoon enjoying exotic landscapes surrounded by the flora and fauna of the Huascarรกn National Park In the afternoon we will go to the city of Caraz to visit its main square, cathedral, dairy factory, ending our tours, we will visit the Taricรก craft center and factory demonstration of ceramics Return to Huaraz at 7:30 pm

  • Day 2 Chavรญn De Huantar - Conchucos Valley
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Chavรญn De Huantar - Conchucos Valley

      Breakfast at the hotel. 9:00 am: Tours south of Huaraz, we will know the Valley of Conchucos and the ancient temple of Chavรญn de Huantar. We will pass Andean towns of Recuay and Catac. We will arrive at the Querococha Lagoon, located at the foot of the Pucaraju and Yanamarey mountains. In addition we will observe the map of Peru (geological fault). We will pass through the Cawish tunnel, which connects the Conchuchos area with the Callejรณn de Huaylas, we will also appreciate the Christ of the Andes. We will descend towards the Conchucos Valley, passing through Tambillos, Mรกchac, Quercos, and we arrive at Chavรญn. We will visit the millennial temple of Chavรญn de Huantar, we will visit its galleries, quadrangular and circular atriums, nailed head, monolithic sandeel, cover of the falconids, Choquechinchay altar. Finally, visit the modern Chavรญn National Museum where we will appreciate ceramics, photographic galleries, the Tello Obelisk, the monolithic Lanzรณn in replica, Cabezas Clavas and other objects belonging to the Chavรญn culture. Return to Huaraz at 7:30 pm

  • Day 3 Nevado Pastoruri - Puya Raimondi
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Nevado Pastoruri - Puya Raimondi

      Breakfast at the hotel. 9:00 am: Adventure tours, we will go south of the Callejon de Huaylas enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Cordillera Blanca. We will pass through picturesque towns of: Recuay, Catac, Ticapampa. We will arrive at the Carpa sector, we will visit the Pumapampa water hole, also known as the "fountain of youth". We will know the Puya Raimondi (the most beautiful exponent of the high-Andean flora), cave paintings. We will make a walk of approximately 45 minutes until we reach the snowy Pastoruri. In this place you will be able to enjoy the contact with the snow, and frozen lagoon that is located on the 5 200 msnm. 5:30 pm: Arrival in Huaraz.
