The following are the inclusions in this tour: - 3 star hotel with breakfast (no other meals are included) - Day 1: Arrival in Zurich - Swiss Pass: To travel around Switzerland you need to have the Swiss Pass which will give you easy access to all the public transports also sightseeings - Transfers from Zurich to Interlaken on Day 2 and from Interlaken back to Zurich on Day 5 is included in the Swiss Pass. - Day 2: Interlaken Region Full Day Tour- You will have a pass for the entire day which will allow complete access to all trains in the region (however, mountain trains and cable cars are not covered and will require individual tickets) - Day 3: Grindelwald first - Girndelwald first cable car tickets included. Adventure Activities at the top are at Additional Cost. - Day 3: Harder Kulm - Cable car tickets are included. - Day 4: Mt. Jungfrau Excursion - The cost of the train from Interlaken to Jungfraujoch is on additional cost. - Day 4: Boat Ride on Lake Brienz and Lake Thun - Day 5: Walking Tour of Zurich - This is a self guided tour. You will be provided with a Google Maps Link, and you can follow that trail to explore the place by yourself. - Day 5: Rhine Falls Excursion- Thereโ€™s a boat ride at the fall which takes you to closer to the fall. If you are interested in it, you will have to pay it there. It costs CHF 15 per person. Otherwise it is free to visit and the transport from Zurich to Rhine falls is covered by the Swiss Pass. - Day 6: Departure

      Post checking into your hotel, visit car-free villages of Murren, Wengen etc and Hiking Trails in the region. This whole day will be spent in the region of Interlaken. You will have a pass for the entire day which will allow complete access to all trains in the region (however, mountain trains and cable cars are not covered and will require individual tickets).

      For gorgeous mountain scenery and tranquility, few spots rival the two carless villages of Murren and Wengen, on either side of the verdant Lauterbrunnen Valley. On a clear day, from Murren, one has a spot-on view of the three most famous Swiss alpine peaks- the Eiger, the Monch and the Jungfrau. Wengen is a more bustling village, with a wider range of restaurants and services.

      Another attraction in the area includes The Trummelbach Falls which are a series of ten glacier-fed waterfalls inside the mountain made accessible by a tunnel-funicular, stairs, and illumination.

  • Day 4 Mt. Jungfrau Excursion; Boat Ride On Lake Brienz And Lake Thun

      Mt. Jungfrau Excursion; Boat Ride On Lake Brienz And Lake Thun

      Today you shall take an excursion to the Jungfraujoch (or Mt Jungfrau). It boasts one of the most famous European peaks and the highest railway station on the continent (hence the phrase โ€˜Jungfrauโ€™, meaning โ€˜Top of Europeโ€™). You will take the train from Interlaken to Jungfraujoch, the cost of which will be covered in the package (If option is selected). Its track leads through the mountains of Eiger and Mรถnch, up to incomparable panoramas of the surrounding peaks and the Aletsch Glacier. At the Jungfraujoch you will also see the space-age-like weather station, appropriately named The Sphinx, which contains restaurants, souvenir shops, indoor viewing terraces, and the ice palace. You will also experience the spectacular sight of the ice palace which was carved entirely by hand, the entire 1,000 square meters being chiseled painstakingly with an ice axe and saw.

      Next, you can take a cruise on Lake Brienz and Lake Thun after visiting Mt. Jungfrau. Lake Brienz, known for its vivid turquoise waters, is surrounded by picturesque villages and majestic mountain landscapes. The serene atmosphere is perfect for boating and hiking along its pristine shores. Lake Thun, slightly larger, offers a more varied scenery with charming lakeside towns, historic castles, and panoramic views of the Bernese Oberland peaks. On your way back, you also take a bus from Brienz to Interlaken. This will let you see the waterside hamlets that you can otherwise not see from the boat.

      This morning you will be transferred to Zurich from Lucerne via train using the Swiss Pass. On reaching Zurich check-in to your hotel.

      After checking into the hotel, youโ€™ll be covering the Rhine Falls which is amongst the largest waterfalls in Europe. You can admire the falls from afar from the various viewing platforms. There is also a boat tour to experience the falls even closer. If you are interested in it, you will have to pay for it there. It costs CHF 15 per person. Otherwise it is free to visit and the transport from Zurich to Rhine falls is covered by the Swiss Pass.


      Next, youโ€™ll be going on a walking tour of Zurich, where you will be covering the key attractions of Zurich like the Town Hall, Cathedral, Opera House and other beautiful historic streets. This is a self guided tour. You will be given a Google Map route and you can follow that trail to explore the place by yourself.
