  • Day 1 Arrival To Sucre - Discover The City

      Arrival To Sucre - Discover The City

      Today you take your flight from Santa Cruz - to Sucre. Welcome at the Sucre airport and transfer to the hotel.

      Then you will have a City Tour visiting the historical center and the ASUR Museum, where we will find indigenous art. Afterward visit "La Casa de La Libertad", where the Declaration of independence of Bolivia was signed.

  • Day 2 Meet The Locals In The Village Of Piscili - Leaving Traditions

      Meet The Locals In The Village Of Piscili - Leaving Traditions

      We will take our private transport to Tarabuco, where we will meet the locals in the village of Piscili. The women of the village are experts in the art of weaving, they will explain to us the techniques they use and the symbolism embodied in the weavings, which have to do with their daily lives and beliefs.

      Afterward, lunch will be served with fresh local products.

      After lunch, the locals will show us how they work the land and the products they grow.

      Return to Sucre at the end of the day.

  • Day 3 Historical City Of Potosi - Journey To Uyuni

      Historical City Of Potosi - Journey To Uyuni

      In the morning, transfer to the city of Potosi. After breakfast, we will enter one of the mines Cerro Rico, an important center of silver exploitation. Afterward, we will visit the historical center, the main streets, and the colonial monuments of the city.

      Later, departure to Uyuni. Itโ€™s a 4 hours drive between ochre-colored mountains and green valleys.

      Arrival in Uyuni at the end of the day.

  • Day 4 Salar De Uyuni In 4X4 Car

      Salar De Uyuni In 4X4 Car

      We start our journey leaving in 4x4 cars to the Salar de Uyuni. We venture into the largest salt desert in the world.  

      We will visit the Train Cemetery and a salt processing plant in Colchani. Then, we will continue our adventure until we reach Incahuasi Island, located 80 km away.

      From its summit, in the middle of a giant cactus, we will be able to appreciate the surprising extension of the salt sea and we will be able to see the majestic Tunupa volcano.

      Finally, we will head towards the small town of Villa Candelaria, where we will be able to contemplate the sunset.

      Discover The Colorful Siloli Desert - Unique Landscape Of The Laguna Colorada

      Today we leave in our 4x4 car to spend a beautiful day in the open air through one of the highest-altitude deserts in the world: the Siloli Desert. A magnificent, mineral desert, with ocher colors contrasting with the blue sky and the multicolored lagoons.

      We will arrive in the afternoon at the Laguna Colorada, where we will be able to admire its red tones and the flight of the pink flamingos.

  • Day 6 Adventure In 4X4 Car To Sol De Maรฑana Geysers - Visit The Licancabur Volcano

      Adventure In 4X4 Car To Sol De Maรฑana Geysers - Visit The Licancabur Volcano

      This day we leave at dawn, still in our 4x4 car, to go into the desert. After witnessing the spectacle offered by the Sol de Maรฑana geysers, we cross the Dalรญ desert to the foot of the Licancabur volcano, on the border with Chile. Here we can admire the turquoise color of the Laguna Verde. 

      Return to Uyuni at the end of the day and return to La Paz by sleeper bus.

  • Day 7 La Paz - City Tour And Cable Car Ride

      La Paz - City Tour And Cable Car Ride

      We will pick you up at the bus terminal in La Paz and transfer you to the hotel.

      Afterward, we will start our City Tour visiting the church of San Francisco, Plaza Murillo, and the famous Jaรฉn Street. We will also visit the popular Calle de las Brujas, where amulets, objects, and plants are sold to fight evil spirits and to perform rituals of the Andean cosmovision.

      Later, we will head to the city of El Alto by cable car, where we will enjoy spectacular views.

      Free afternoon to rest.

      Visit The Ince Site Of Tiwanaku - Live The Traditions Of A Local Community

      Today we will pick you up from the hotel to the pre-Inca site of Tiwanaku, the archaeological remains found on the site express the great knowledge and technology that the Tiwanaku population possessed.

      They worshipped the Sun God "Wiracocha" and Mother Earth "Pachamama", facts that we can see reflected in their constructions.

      Among these, the Puerta del Sol (Gate of the Sun), the different monoliths, the temples of Kalasasaya, Akapana, and the Semisubterranean Temple.

      After lunch, we will go to Tuni, a town located at the foot of the Cordillera Real, where we will be welcomed by the families of the local community.

      Once there, we will enjoy a traditional Andean evening. A musical group from the neighboring village

      of Chuรฑawi will spend the evening with us. This will be an opportunity to dance and chat around the fire.

  • Day 9 Learn The Traditions Of The Aymara Community Visiting The Condoriri Region

      Learn The Traditions Of The Aymara Community Visiting The Condoriri Region

      In the morning, after tasting a traditional breakfast with "buรฑuelos" (a type of doughnut) and api (a delicious hot drink made of purple corn), we will accompany the llamas and alpacas to their pastures.

      Then we will leave for a few hours to the Condoriri massif with our guide who will show us the medicinal and nutritional plants that are used by the Aymaras. On this hike, we will visit an active tin mine at more than 4500 m. (depending on the physical condition of the participants and the time available).

      Return to the town of Tuni.

      During this day, we will be able to learn more about the art of weaving with the families of the village.

      We will enjoy our last lunch with the Aymara, who have shared with us their way of life during our stay.

      Then our transportation will take us to the mythical Titicaca Lake.

      And arrive in Copacabana for overnight.

      In the morning, departure by boat to Isla del Sol.

      We will enjoy an impressive landscape in the middle of Titicaca Lake.

      Arriving at the island, we will climb the stairs of Yumani to reach the Fountain of Youth. Here, we will be able to purify ourselves by drinking sacred water. Then we will enjoy an "aphtapi" lunch, which is a typical meal.

      After lunch, we will begin a hike to reach the top of the island to contemplate the sunset.

  • Day 12 Visit The Pilkokaina Temple And Virgin Of Candelaria Sanctuary - Transportation To La Paz

      Visit The Pilkokaina Temple And Virgin Of Candelaria Sanctuary - Transportation To La Paz

      We will start the day with a leisurely walk to visit the archaeological remains of Pilkokaina, an Inca construction that was a religious center.

      After, we will return to Copacabana, where we will visit the Sanctuary of the Virgen Maria Morena, also known as the Virgin of Candelaria, considered the only indigenous virgin in Bolivia. Her face, sculpted by Tito Yupanqui, represents the characteristic features of the Incas.

      Lunch and return to La Paz.
