Itinerary

Day 1: Day 1: Dar Es Salaam – Selous Game Reserve

Pass By: Selous Game Reserve, Selous Game Reserve, Lindi Region
Despite being Africa’s largest game reserve, only few tourists visit every year. This is we won’t come across many other vehicles on our game drives, allowing us to have a unique and almost untouched experience of the wildlife. After breakfast we will head to Selous Game Reserve. Lunch will be served en-route and once we reach the camp we will go on an evening boat safari or walking of 2 to 3 hours. Afterwards you can sit back, relax and enjoy your dinner at the Kinga Lodge, where you will stay for the night.

Day 2: Day 2: Selous Game Reserve

Stop At: Selous Game Reserve, Selous Game Reserve, Lindi Region
After an early morning walking safari we will depart for a full day of game drive in the Selous Game Reserve. Lunch will be served in the park. Back at the Kinga Lodge, we will have dinner again

Day 3: Day 3: Selous Game Reserve

Stop At: Selous Game Reserve, Selous Game Reserve, Lindi Region
We will depart on an early morning game drive before having a late breakfast. Relax until lunch and depart on a game drive until sunset. We will return to the lodge for dinner, where you will stay for another night.

Day 4: Selous Game Reserve - Mikumi National Park

Stop At: Mikumi National Park, Mikumi National Park, Morogoro Region
After breakfast we will depart to drive to Mikumi National Park. A packed lunch will be served on the way. In the evening you can enjoy an evening game drive at Mikumi until sunset. Dinner will be served at the TanSwiss Lodge, where you will be staying over night.

Day 5: Day 5: Mikumi National Park

Stop At: Mikumi National Park, Mikumi National Park, Morogoro Region
After breakfast we will start our full day of game drive in Mikumi National Park. Enjoy a picknick in the park for lunch and see Mikumi’s rich wildlife, it is known for. In the evening we will be back at the TanSwiss for dinner, where you will be staying again.

Day 6: Day 6: Mikumi National Park - Ruaha National Park

Stop At: Ruaha National Park, Ruaha National Park, Iringa Region
After breakfast we will gather all belongings and head to Ruaha National Park. On our way we will stop in Iringa to have breakfast at Nehme Crafts and then proceed to drive to Ruaha. We will have dinner at the Ruaha River Lodge, a Cottage or Bandas, where you will stay for the night

Day 7: Day 7: Ruaha National Park

Stop At: Ruaha National Park, Ruaha National Park, Iringa Region
After an early morning breakfast we will leave for a full day of game drive. Lunch will be served in the park. In evening we will head back to the lodge or cottage. Afterwards, relax and have dinner at the Ruaha River Lodge, Cottage or Bandas once more

Day 8: Day 8: Ruaha National Park


Stop At: Ruaha National Park, Ruaha National Park, Iringa Region
Enjoy a wonderful walking safari at sunset for about two hours along the Great Ruaha River with two armed rangers. There is a possibility to see hippos, crocodiles and lions coming to the river to drink. We will have a late breakfast and you can relax before an evening game drive. Dinner will be served at the Ruaha River Lodge, Cottage or Bandas once more.

Day 9: Day 9: Ruaha National Park - Udzungwa Mountain

Stop At: Udzungwa Mountains National Park, Udzungwa Mountains National Park, Iringa Region
We will depart to Udzungwa in the morning while enjoying a game drive en-route. We will stop in Iringa for lunch and continue our trip. You will stay at the Tawiga Hotel where you will also have dinner.
Duration: 12 hours

Day 10: Day 10: Udzungwa Mountain - Dar Es Salaam

Pass By: Udzungwa Mountains National Park, Udzungwa Mountains National Park, Iringa Region
After an early breakfast we will head out to go trekking. You will have a great few and learn about money species and medical plats. Have lunch at the top, the drive back to Dar es salaam
