      Arrival in Baiona, free time to explore its promenade or to visit the Castle of โ€œMonterrealโ€ finished in the 16th century. Accommodation in Baiona.

      Breakfast in Baiona. Along these more than 20km, we will find a good number of โ€œPazosโ€, typical architecture of the Galician nobility in the Middle Ages, and we will enter a little more in the โ€œRรญa de Vigoโ€, discovering unique natural viewpoints that will allow us to admire the beauty of the southern Galician coast. Once in Vigo, we can admire its famous fishing port or its beautiful old quarters, where you can admire churches and countless monuments.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Stage 2: Vigo - Redondela (15.7 Km).

      Breakfast in Vigo. Today we will take a short walk to arrive in Redondela, a small town of about 30,000 inhabitants in which the Parish Church of โ€œSantiago de Redondelaโ€ and the Convent of โ€œVillavellaโ€ stand out; but what stands out most about the town are its railway viaducts (Viaduct of Madrid and Viaduct of Pontevedra), which were built at the end of the 19th century and which since 1978 have been classified as good of cultural interest, nomination given in Spain to protected cultural or historical sites.

      Breakfast in Redondela. On this day you will arrive at the first city on the Portuguese Way in Spain. Walking around the historic district of Pontevedra, you can visit the Sanctuary of the Pilgrim Virgin. Going though the โ€œporta do Camiรฑoโ€, you will enter the Ferrerรญa Square, a place full of bars and terraces, where you can also find the Convent of San Francisco. Close to this, you can see the Square of the Star, the House of the Faces, the Gardens of Castro Sampedro and the Provincial Museum.

      Breakfast in Pontevedra. Apart from being the birthplace of the King Alfonso VII of Leรณn, Caldas represents a place of relaxation, as its therapeutic thermal baths are really famous. You can also take a stroll around the town and visit places like the church of Santa Marรญa and the church of Santo Tomรกs Becket, or even the botanic garden.

      Breakfast in Caldas de Reis. Padrรณn is well-known for being the town where the lifeless body of St. James disembarked, in 44 AD. Amongst the places to visit, you have the church of Santiago, the Bridge of Santiago, the Fountain of Carmen, the Convent of Carmen and the House A Matanza (Museum House of Rosalรญa de Castro). The peppers of Padrรณn are also typical in this area.

  • Day 7 Day 7: Stage 6: Padrรณn โ€“ Santiago De Compostela (24,3 Km).

      Breakfast in Padrรณn. Ready for the last stage, you will leave Padrรณn heading to Santiago de Compostela. Once in Santiago de Compostela, you will have the opportunity to see an endless amount of landmarks. The main one is the Cathedral and the โ€œPlaza del Obradoiroโ€, but that does not mean those are the only remarkable places, as it is also recommendable to take a stroll around the historic district, to taste the gastronomy and to visit some other iconic buildings such as โ€œHostal de Los Reyes Catรณlicosโ€, โ€œMonasterio de San Martรญn Pinarioโ€ or โ€œPazo de Raxoiโ€.
