      Early in the morning, head to the meeting point provided by the guide, board a Jeep and leave Salento, a cozy town adorned with its mist.

      After 25 minutes you arrive at the Cocora Valley, gateway to Los Nevados National Natural Park, before starting the hike you have some time to relax and observe the beautiful nature of the place.

      Begin your day with a nutritious breakfast.

      Leave La Argentina to walk a total of approximately 3 kilometers until you reach Buenos Aires, another well-known farm.

      From here you begin a steep ascent to reach the paramo ecosystem. Weather permitting, you can see the impressive Nevado del Tolima.

  • Day 3 La Primavera- Valle de Cocóra – Salento

      Have an early breakfast and get ready to cross the paramo ecosystem until you reach the Cerro la Virgen, located at 3,800 meters above sea level.

      At this point, say goodbye to the paramo ecosystem and continue towards the Cocora Valley, along a route surrounded by lush plants representative of the forest.

      Make a brief stop at the Estrella de Agua farm, located at 3,150 masl, where you have a picnic, recover energy and rest a little.
