Follow the steps below to change or add your date to the reservation:
1) Access your account from the top menu with your username and password sent to your email
2) Select the "Reservations" tab, this will show your reservations created in Local Adventures, select the reservation you wish to modify in the "Show details" button.
3) Select "Modify", and then select the desired date on the calendar. These dates are available according to the operator's quotas and terms and conditions of the same and of Local Adventures.
When selecting the date, click on "Apply" to save your experience start date.
NOTE: If you do not click on APPLY the changes will not be saved in your reservation.
* If you have an open date, you must remove the blue open date button to open the date selection option on the calendar.
* If the date is not enabled, there may not be spaces available.
* You can make changes to your date or add date, as long as the desired date is available and/or with the required quotas at the time of modifying it.
* Keep in mind that you must select the travel date within 365 days of the creation date.
Follow the steps below to add extras to the reservation:
1) Access your account from the top menu with your username and password sent to your email.
2) Select the "Reservations " tab, it will show your reservations created in Local Adventures, select the reservation you want to modify in the "Show details " button.
3) Select "Modify", and then select the available extras according to your reservation. Remember that the extras could be added for one person or even for the number of people that your reservation contains.
When selecting the extras, click on "Apply" to save this information to your reservation.

There are two ways to contact your local expert:
1) Via email or phone. When your reservation is in "Confirmed" status, a confirmation email is sent to your email, where we share your guide's contact information. Or you can> access your account with your username and password> enter your reservation> and see the details of your local expert in the tab with the same name.
2) Via Chat You can access your account with your username and password> enter your reservation> and go to the chat tab.
In this tab you can speak directly with your local guide / expert, if you do not speak the language of the guide, you can translate the conversation into your native language.
Remember that the guide can be in another time, and even working with other travelers, they have a 24-hour limit to answer you.
The settlement date can be found directly on your reservation, you can follow these steps:
1) Access your account from the top menu with your username and password sent to your email.
2) Select the tab that says "Reservations", your reservations will be displayed, select the reservation you wish to consult by clicking "Show details".
3) It will open in the details of your reservation and you can check the deadline to make your payment next to the total amount of your reservation. This information will only be shown if your reservation is not cleared.
You can make your payments in the payment league, follow these steps:
1) Access your account from the top menu with your username and password sent to your email.
2) Select the tab that says "Reservations", your reservations will be displayed, select the reservation you wish to consult by clicking "Show details".
3) Select the "My payments" tab, all payments made to date will be presented, you will click on: "+ Add Payment". Select the desired amount to pay in the amount to be paid bar.
Choose the desired payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal, Oxxo and Spei) and finally click on "pay".
* Oxxo tickets can only be issued with amounts less than $9,999.00 MXN, it is recommended to generate several tickets if the amount to be paid exceeds $9,999.00 MXN.
Follow the steps below to check details on the reservation:
1) Access your account from the top menu with your username and password sent to your email.
2) Select the tab that says "Reservations", your reservations will be displayed, select the reservation you wish to consult by clicking "Show details".
3) The details will appear in the "Details" section, clicking on the name of the experience will open a new page where you will find the itinerary, frequently asked questions, which includes and more details.
Currently, our previously accepted terms and conditions when creating a reservation with us indicate that we do not make any type of cancellation for this reason the amount paid to your reservation will not be refunded, it is necessary to consider this unique policy in future changes of your experience.
However, you have two options to not lose your subscription:
1) Change experience, only if it is an experience with equal cost or higher than the current experience.
2) Transfer the experience to another person of your choice.
* It has from the date of creation of the reservation up to 365 days in force to make use of this experience, once this limit is exceeded the experience will no longer be valid and you will lose the amount paid.
* Your reservation will be automatically canceled by the system when you do not see reflected payments ending the validity of 365 days.
If you want to change your experience it is necessary to request the change to our customer service team taking into account the following terms and conditions.
1) The reservation must be valid within 365 days.
2) You must comply with the guidelines for the change deadline (This varies according to your experience and/or travel date).
3) It must be exchanged for an equitable amount or higher than the original amount.
* You cannot change the experience for a lower cost one.
4) The change will remain with the same effective date to the original experience.
