      All Over The Country -- Yining (Assembly)

      Because the flight situation varies from place to place, you can arrange to fly to Urumqi and transfer to Yining by train in the evening, or you can fly to Yining directly. Yining is at a low altitude, so there will be no risk of high resistance. Those who arrive in advance can arrange themselves to visit Liuxing Street and Yili River, and exercise properly but do not drink alcohol. In the evening, dinner was arranged according to the actual situation, and at the same time, the route explanation meeting was held, so that we could get to know each other and prepare for the later trip.

      Warm tips:

      If you canโ€™t fly directly to Yining due to limited time, you can take the night berth from Urumqi to Yining on the day of assembly and meet at Yining Hotel the next morning. After finishing packing, set off at the same time as the large troops;

      Xinjiang special food recommendation: hand-grabbed mutton, hand-grabbed rice, naan, baked steamed bun, Naan pit meat, big plate chicken, pepper chicken, baked steamed bun, pull sliver, etc

      Yining -Qiongkushtai Animal Husbandry Village - Qiongkushtai Valley Camp

      When we arrived at the train station, our car picked us up, we had breakfast downtown, and then we set off straight to Tex to pick up some supplies for the road. This is also the famous Baguagcheng, unique to the world. The whole town of Tecks is designed and built according to the eight diagrams "The Day after Tomorrow Map" of Zhouyi. The center of the city radiates outward to eight streets, namely "Gan", "Dui", "Li", "Zhen", "Xun", "Kan", "Gen" and "Kun", which are connected by four loops from inside to outside.

      Continue to go to QiongKushtai animal husbandry village, the road from Tekes to QiongKushtai is basically a mountain road, but the road condition is good, the total mileage is nearly 90 kilometers, up two hills, down two hills, and then around two turns to reach QiongKushtai village, which is a large animal husbandry village, most of them are Kazakh, there are a few Hui families, QiongKushtai River water rushing down, through the village, There is a stone bridge across the river. Once you cross the stone bridge, you will reach the beginning of the hike. The hike will begin around 4 p.m. and you will arrive at the camp around 8 p.m. From the farming village of Jonkushtai follow the Jonkushtai River upstream, the village of Jonkushtai is 2000 meters above sea level, just entering the valley is dense pine forest, the valley is very wide, the bridleway through the trees is very clear, until the left of the Jonkushtai River. The bridleway crosses a wooden bridge and jumps onto a terrace where there is a log cabin of a herdsman. Here, 2462 meters above sea level, there is clean water and grass for camping. The day of the hike 10 kilometers, 462 meters above sea level.

      Tips: Joan Cush starting point is easy to be affected by the policy to restrict travel, such as do not allow travel to change the backup plan.

    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Junkushtai Valley Camp - Jundarban - Kunosay Camp

      Todayโ€™s difficulties and dangers focus on crossing the river and crossing the Dachan, which is 3744 meters. We started at about 9 am, and walked up about 5 kilometers from the camp. At this height, there were no trees and more and more stones. We passed through a swamp and reached below Darban, and then all the way to near the snow line of Darban. Then follow Kunosay and descend 3,051 meters to camp. Todayโ€™s hike covered 20 kilometers and took about 8 hours.

      Coonosay Camp - Roping - Coxaw River Camp

      After breakfast, descend until we reach the river and continue down the valley, which is thickly forested and we cross several times. Further down the valley begins to get narrower, the hills on both sides are V-shaped, both slopes are over 50 degrees, and the bridleway winds down halfway up the mountain. The bridleway is very narrow. Down to the Coxaw River, a fast flowing, mineral-rich milky white water that was also in our way, but downstream, pastoralists built a rope that we paid to ride

      Cross the river and thereโ€™s an easy convenience store near the rink for a refill.

      Todayโ€™s difficulty is over the rope. The rope walk was built on a wide, flat river with a width of 40 meters on each side. It was a thrilling and exciting process. We crossed the river manually under the direction of the herdsmen, which was an unforgettable experience. Weโ€™ll camp on the opposite bank after we cross the rope.

    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Coxaw River Border Camp - Coxarapi Valley Mouth - Paradise Lake (Akkule Mountain Lake)

      After breakfast we walked down the bridleway on the south bank of the Coxaw River. The whole journey has to cross the river seven times, and the whole journey is in the dense forest, because there are few people to set foot on it, and it is basically in the primitive forest state. It takes 5 hours to reach Akkule Lake (Paradise Lake) by climbing 10 kilometers along Akbulak. It is 3,200 meters above sea level. During this time, it is necessary to climb a small Darban at an altitude of 3,400 meters. Akkule Lake is a lake surrounded by snow mountains. At the foot of the lofty snow mountains, there are green meadows beside the green lake. Occasionally, Kazakh nomadic sheep or cattle arrive here, and all the noise and bustle of the outside world are irrelevant here.

  • Day 6 Paradise Lake (Akkule Mountain Lake) -Two Lakes -Akbulakdakan -Bozikrzyg Valley
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Paradise Lake (Akkule Mountain Lake) -Two Lakes -Akbulakdakan -Bozikrzyg Valley

      Today, we need to cross the Akbulak Dachan Summit at an altitude of 3,900 meters. Then descend 20 kilometers to camp in the Bozikrzyg River Valley, about 2,300 meters above sea level. Starting in the morning, we walked along the plank road beside Paradise Lake and passed the Tiger Pass. After taking photos, we climbed over Akbulak Darban. Akbulak Darban is a sharp rise in snow, very steep, from late September to October, the snow is very thick. About 200 meters above sea level, you will see a small lake the size of a football field. The water quality of the lake is average. From the two lake to Akbulak Dachan top to pull up about 400 meters, the road is wide and obvious, countless hoof prints. The slope gets steeper in the last 200 meters and steeper in the last 80 meters or so. Teams need to choose a reasonable time and weather to cross, and have good experience on ice and snow roads. Descend about 300 meters to the Bozikrzyg River Valley and set up camp by the river.

      Bozikrzyg Valley - Heiying Mountain Township - Kuqa

      Wake up at 8am, gather up personal supplies after breakfast, and set off at 9am with the leader. Todayโ€™s trip is to slowly descend in the river valley to the Heiying Mountain and the mouth of the valley, during which we need to wade in the same river channel repeatedly, because the river channel changes from time to time, but basically about 40 times, the river sometimes not over the upper shoe, sometimes up to the waist, requires the team to cross the river hand in hand, the river is always cold and turbulent, it is recommended to bring waterproof socks and upstream shoes. Members with less strength can plan ahead to ride across the river (safely and at their own expense). Normally at around 4 p.m., the car will greet you here, to Kuqa city, check in to the hotel. After taking a shower, we will arrange a celebration dinner. If you need to leave directly tonight, please inform the customer service in advance so that you can arrange train tickets.

      Warm tips:

      1. If you need to take the Kuqa -- Urumqi train sleeper on the same day, you can inform our staff to change the hotel to a return ticket. In case of ticket shortage in major holidays, you can also book in advance, we will return the car for one nightโ€™s accommodation;

      2. The Wusun Ancient Road is greatly affected by uncertainties such as weather and local policies. It is recommended to reserve 1-2 days for the return journey.
