  • Day 1 Puno - Border โ€“ Copacabana โ€“ The Sun Island - La Paz
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Puno - Border โ€“ Copacabana โ€“ The Sun Island - La Paz

      6 - 6:30 AM: Transfer from your hotel to the Puno bus station to take the bus to the border: Kasani to do the immigration procedures and continue to our destination (Lake Titicaca โ€“ Copacabana). First we will visit the town and the church where the famous image of the Virgin of Copacabana is located. Later on a boat we will leave to the legendary Island of the Sun, we will have a delicious lunch in the Tacana Restaurant with an amazing view of the lake, later we go on an excursion walking to the Inca Garden and the ruins of the Pilkokaina Palace (40min), built with uncarved stones, the door is trapezoidal to support the enormous weight of the roof and the second floor. Finally we return to Copacabana and take the transportation to the city of La Paz where you will overnight.

      La Paz City Tour, Cable Car & Valley Of The Moon โ€“ Night Bus To Uyuni

      9 am: We will visit the most important sectors of the city of La Paz, such as: Plaza Murillo, the Palace Government, the Legislative Palace, and the Metropolitan Cathedral. Then we will use the cable car, from where we will enjoy fantastic views of the city built between mountains. Later we will walk through the traditional sector, where the popular Calle de las Brujas is located, an area where the amulets, objects and plants are sold that are used to combat evil spirits and to perform rituals of the Andean religion. We will end the tour with a visit to the Valley of the Moon, a beautiful place where you will see marvelous stone forms that give us the sensation of being in a true lunar landscape.

      Free afternoon.

      8 pm: Transfer to the bus terminal to take the touristy bus to Uyuni: TODO TURISMO or similar

  • Day 3 Uyuni - Colchani - Salt Flats - San Juan

      Uyuni - Colchani - Salt Flats - San Juan

      6 -- 7 am: Reception and we leave for the Salt Flat in a 4ร—4 car. We will visit the Train Cemetery and the town of Colchani, which is located on the edge of the Salar and is the place where salt is processed using traditional methods. We will continue our adventure until we reach the Incahuasi Island. From its summit, we can appreciate the amazing extension of the sea of salt and the Tunupa volcano. We will have time to observe the sunset and take pictures. Overnight in San Juan.

  • Day 4 San Juan - Lagoons - Laguna Colorada

      San Juan - Lagoons - Laguna Colorada

      7 - 8 am: On this day, we will visit the high-altitude lagoons: Honda, Ramadita, and Hedionda. Each one has its particularities. We will also stop at the Siloli Desert, the Stone Tree, and the Laguna Colorada, where we will spend the night.

  • Day 5 Laguna Colorada โ€“ Laguna Verde โ€“ Uyuni
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Laguna Colorada โ€“ Laguna Verde โ€“ Uyuni

      5 - 6 am: Very early in the morning, we will leave the Laguna Colorada towards the geysers, where we will have the feeling of returning to the stages of Earthโ€™s formation. Afterward, we will visit the Thermal baths, Dalรญ Desert and Laguna Verde. Finally, we will return to Uyuni or go to the border with Chile, where you take the bus to Atacama.
