  • Day 2 Visit Of Lima And Flight To Arequipa

      First, you will head towards Plaza San Martin, which belongs to the historic center of Lima. Then, you will walk along the pleasant pedestrian street of Jirรณn de la Uniรณn. You will also have the opportunity to discover an amazing pedestrian crossing, immersing you in the world dedicated to postcards and philately (closed on Mondays). Then you will head towards the church of La Merced, a remarkable religious monument built in 1535. After visiting the church you will reach the pleasant Plaza de Armas, the heart of the city and where several historical monuments are located: among the most important, the Cathedral, the seat of government, as well as the Town Hall. After immersing yourselves in the heart of Limaโ€™s history, you will discover the catacombs of the San Francisco convent.

  • Day 3 Visit Of The White City Of Arequipa

      You will start your visit of the city by visiting the Plaza de Armas, lined with arcades, all the buildings surrounding it are built of Lava Tuff, here called Sillar. This architectural feature has given the city the nickname of "white city". You will appreciate the charming Cathedral, built in sillar, damaged by the 2001 earthquake. You will also visit the cloister of the Compaรฑia, one of the oldest Jesuit churches in the city, dating from 1739. You will be able to discover a remarkable architectural ensemble. The discovery of city continues with the visit of the Santa Catalina convent, built on XVI century, a real colorful religious village totally integrated to Arequipa.

  • Day 4 The Colca Canyon

      The Colca Canyon

      During the journey, you will cross the western part of the Salinas and Aguada Blanca nature reserve, located at an average altitude of 4,300 meters. At this point you will have the opportunity to stop to observe herds of llamas and appreciate this protected area rich in biodiversity. You will cross the Patapampa pass, located at an altitude of over 4,900 meters, and feel the effects of the increasing scarcity of oxygen. Once you reach the Colca Valley, you will have the opportunity to stop and contemplate the landscapes.

      You will make your way to the Cruz del Condor viewpoint, where you can revel in a breathtaking panoramic view of the magnificent Canyon and its valley. From this rugged peak, you have the opportunity to witness the impressive condors soaring in their natural habitat, as they ascend within the Canyon. You will descend into the Canyon along the left bank, passing by the Antahuilque and Choquetico viewpoints, renowned for their pre-Inca cemetery and suspended graves. Youโ€™ll also explore several traditional villages, including Maca, Achoma, and Yanque, each with its distinctive โ€™baroqueโ€™ colonial church".

      You will traverse unusual paths, passing through the villages of Cabanilla and Lampa until reaching the Tinajani Canyon. During the visit to the canyon, you can admire over 200 hectares of stunning rock formations created over a million years ago. Continuation of the journey to the village of Ayaviri.

  • Day 8 Visit To Mountain Of Seven Colours Palccoyo

      Visit To Mountain Of Seven Colours Palccoyo

      The Palccoyo colorful mountain, less known and consequently less touristy, is located in the same valley as Vinicunca mountain. An ideal spot for hikers to admire the layers of minerals that create a spectacular array of colors on the mountain slopes. Along the way, you wonโ€™t fail to marvel at the "stone forest". Then, visit Checacupe village. After having noticed its 17th century colonial church, and the recently renovated colonial bridge, you will visit the Inca bridge made of braided ropes.
