      Namaste! Welcome to the oasis where you will experience cultural richness in every breathe that you will take. From white snow in the north to the green lushes in the south, from varieties of hues in the west to great Sunderbans in the east, India is all set to provide to with an experience beyond words can describe.

      Besides culture India is also known for itโ€™s Yoga โ€“ the art of filling hearts with serenity. Yoga is believed to have originated in India about 5000 years ago and in this journey we will fill you with serenity with the power of ancient yoga sitting along the gently flowing river Ganges. 

      We would connect as soon as you land at Delhi International Airport T3. SafeHand Travelโ€™s representative will be there at the lounge to wish you a warm welcome to the โ€œland of culturesโ€ and would assist you to your hotel so that you get all boost up for the coming memorial ride.

  • Day 2 Old & New Delhi Sightseeing

      Today we will dive right into the country DELHI which has a rich history which is worth discussing. With great monuments which speaks for itself to the fast metro life, it has got all to amaze a person. We would proceed for witnessing the marvelous Delhi at 8.00am( depends upon your flight schedule as well).  This memorable trip would start by visiting OLD  DELHI wherein the diversity of people sharing land is a treat to eye. Here stands the which was build by the well known emperor Shah Jahan in 1638 and Jama Masjid flaunting itโ€™s architectural artistry. This marvelous architectural vision will force us to praise the skills of around 5000 unsung artisans behind the beauty. Now itโ€™s time to experience the local India with a fun rickshaw ride through the busiest and oldest market In Delhi- Chandni Chowk  which was built in the 17th century and reflects the diversity that India is known for.

      By past noon we will visit Lutyenโ€™s Delhi pay homage to the brave Indian soldiers who bravely sacrificed their lives during the World War I & the Afghan wars at the India Gate. Here the air is filled with patriotism and pride for the unsung hero that Mother India has given birth to. Continuing this feeling we will witness the President House, the official residence of the President of India adding to the political importance. 

      Now itโ€™s time to try some mouthwatering  India cuisine which is know for itโ€™s taste throughout the world. With our stomach full and heart wanting more we will proceed to the five story victory tower Qutab Minar built in 1193 by the founder of the slave dynasty Qutab-ud-din-Aibak. 

      With our hearts fill with amazement and excitement we will move to the Lotus Temple which is an oasis of calmness and serenity. This monument is a treat to yes with it lotus like structure and a must needed reward to mind with itโ€™s concept of connect to the ultimate power. 

      After a worth day we would return to our hotel for dinner and rest to energize for the coming ride.

  • Day 3 Delhi- Agra (Drive 220Kms / 04Hrs)

      We would start our day at 8 am by a luxuries car enjoying the scenic drive on Yamuna expressway, one of most modern roads of India enjoying the sips of our beverage we are known for CHAI (tea). The aroma of cardamom will freshen up ours spirits and rekindle the curiosity to dig deep into the culture of India.  Agra, the capital city during the Mughal period is famous for itโ€™s love story which lead to the establishment of the one of the seven wonders of the world. It is the hosting city of three UNESCO sites as it is glorified with the presence of Agra Fort, Fatehpur Sikri and most stunning Taj Mahal. In afternoon we will proceed for visit 11th century, a famous walled city and one of the most grandeur forts of India. As you know it was Mughals who had laid Agra itโ€™s capital therefore in the fort architecture you will see mostly the Mughal influence, different Mughal empires ruled from this fort and have beautified it as per their choices and preferences. Approximate 75 % of the fort is closed for the tourists due to military establishment and even remaining portion is huge so be prepared for some long ascending walks. 


      By evening we will visit to Mehtab Bagh, is a charbagh garden complex and one of the last Mughal gardens in Agra. It is located just north to the Taj Mahal and overlooks the Agra Fort and Yamuna river on the opposite side. Perfectly aligned with the gardens of Taj Mahal, Mehtab Bagh provides a picture-perfect view of the Taj from the fountain at the front of the entrance gate. It is a popular sunset spot among the photography fanatics and nature enthusiasts.

      With a day full of memories and photographs we will proceed to our hotel for dinner and a perfect night worth dreaming. 


  • Day 4 Agra-- Dera Village (160 Kms/ 03 Hrs)

      Today we will witness a testimony to a great love story which is remembered cherished even by the world today- TAJ MAHAL. You will witness the rays of the sun kissing the white shining marble dome of the monument sending a message of love far across. The entry gate to Taj Mahal opens at Sunrise with long queue during morning hours therefore we will reach at least 30 mins before the sunrise to be there on-time to get the best glimpse of Taj Mahal. (Note: Except your passport & camera nothing is allowed inside, not even water. So donโ€™t carry anything). From the parking place to the monument you would enjoy a one km  Tanga ride ( horse chariot) or battery bus or simply walk admiring the idol of love.  The manicured gardens wraps around the elegant footpaths and he fountain is reflective enough to make your heart throb. Far end of the mausoleum is constructed the with white marble that captures shifting light throught the day. The TAJ MAHAL was built in by the emperor in the memory of his beloved wife Mumatz Mahal and assurance was made that such masterpiece never gets created  ever again. The chirping sound of the bird, noises of squirels in the garden, water meledously flowing in the fountain and the floral carvings in the walls of the Mahal will leave you mesmerized. 

      Taking this sureal experience we would head back to our hotel to enjoy our morning meal. 


      Post our breakfast will drive to Dera Village, If you ever wonder what Indian life is away from the hustle and bustle of the cities and about the life pulsating in its grassroots, nestled away in Indiaโ€™s oldest mountain ranges, the Aravallis, is a hideaway that is sure to answer all your questions.     

      Dera village retreat provides an ideal environment for one to delve within and without, and to discovering oneself through nature and community. This eco-friendly Retreat welcomes you into its fold, letting you experience pure Indian village life and culture with the familiar warmth of Indian hospitality that governs the air.


      Once you arrive will be welcomed by the host and check-in to your cottages witnessing the aravali hills from your room.


      After some rest will take you back in time as you travel on camel carts to sleepy villages where time seems to stand still. As the โ€˜ship of the desertโ€™ gently pulls the cart along unpaved, sandy paths, there is a gentle, undulating rhythm in its movementโ€ฆ


      Along the fortress of solitude, the Aravalli Mountain range on your side, enjoy the sundowner on the sand dune with a packed picnic basket and the fresh breath of mountain breeze for your soul.


      By evening enjoy your dinner along with the folk dance of Rajasthan. The artists will showcase two of the folk dancesโ€“ The Chari and Bhavai dances. Both dance forms demand extreme dexterity from the ladies who perform them. The Chari, a dance performed to welcome guests, is very fast paced as the dancers whirl with burning pots on their heads! In the Bhavai, the ladies balance 8 or 9 pitchers on their heads, even as they dance in perfect rhythm.


  • Day 5 Dera Village โ€“ Abahneri - Jaipur (Drive 170 Kms/ 04 Hrs)

      Downhill of the Aravali Mountain is the perfect place to start our Yoga session, today one of the yoga instructors will join you during the Yoga session. 


      While we drive to Jaipur, en-route will visit to Abhaneri, is famous for its 9th century step wells (Called Chand Baori) and Harshad Mata temple



      Post breakfast we would start our drive experiencing the scenic beauty to the famous PINK CITY- JAIPUR. After taking a deserved rest in itโ€™s time to surrender yourself to the divinity of BIRLA TEMPLE, which is a grand immaculate temple, also called as the Laxmi Narayan Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Built with finest quality of white marble, the temple has beautiful paintings dating to the mythological India. After spending enough time which would connect us to the divine power, we would then return back to the hotel freshen up as it is time to enjoy your dinner


  • Day 6 Jaipur Sightseeing

      This is one of the most adventurous yet culturally rich days with ELEPHANT RIDES and visit to the historically significant Amer Fort which was built by RAJA MAN SINGH IN 1592. If you want to let your friends and family know about your enthralling experience this is the perfect place to click lots of adorable photographs.  Amer is a places where itโ€™s architecture leaves the tourists amazed with large gates, cobbled pathways amd ramparts along with itโ€™s beautified Mandirs and  exquisite paintings. 


      Now itโ€™s time to get your minds blow as we would be visiting the Hawa Mahal or Palace of winds, which was an architectural wonder of Lal Chand Ustad. The palace is built in such a scientific manner that amazes all. It has Jharokhas (small windows) in it for the Royal women witness the public life from their places. As we promised every corner of the palace will give your pictures worth flaunting. 


      Next destination is City Palace, built in 1732 by Raja Sawai Jai Singh II; which used to be the seat of powerful Maharajas of Jaipur. An impressive collection of courtyards, buildings and gardens will win your heart. Near to City Palace is the famous Jantar Mantar, an observatory containing 19 astronomical objects dating back to the time of Rajput King Sawai Jai Singh. This UNESCO world heritage site is world famous for its sundial along with other astronomical objects.  

      With this we will return to our hotels with our cameras filled with memories and eyes filled with excitement.

      Itโ€™s time to once again go back to the place we had started this adventure  post breakfast so that we can set forth to new adventures ahead.

      Morning post breakfast you will drive to Haridwar. 

      Haridwar, where the river Ganges reaches first after flowing to 253 km from itโ€™s source โ€œGaumukhโ€ and according to mythology Haridwar is one of the four sites where drops of Amrit (Nector), the elixir of immortality, accidentally spilled over from the pitcher while being carried by the celestial bird Garuda. Therefore, millions of devotees and tourists from across the world congregate in Haridwar to perform ritualistic bathing on the banks of the river Ganges to wash away their sins to attain Moksha. 

      Upon arrival check-in to hotel and explore the spiritual city Haridwar. We will walk through besides โ€œHar Ki Pauriโ€, one of the most famous Ghat on the bank of river Ganges. We will explore the life around the Ghat, the people and the market. Later will see the spectacular Ganga Ceremony. The priests hold large fire bowls in their hands, the gongs in the temples at the Ghat start ringing and the chants flowing out of lips fill the air. People float earthen Diyas with burning flickers and flowers in them as a symbol of hope and wishes. The golden hues of floral diyas reflected in the river Ganges presents spectacular view. 


  • Day 9 Haridwar โ€“ Rishikesh (40 Km / 1 Hr.)

      With the start of the day we would try connecting with ourselves in YOGA AND MEDITATION session under the supervision of yoga instructor. With the calmness of the flowing water along the banks of the river Ganges and your hearts surrendered to the serenity of the mind this experience would be rewarding enough to rejuvenate the tired souls. Yoga itself has a great cultural significance in India. As per the yogic lore, Adiyogi, the first yogi, transmitted the science of yoga to the legendary Saptrishis or โ€œseven sagesโ€. He presented and explained 112 ways through which mortal beings can surpass their limitations and unleash their ultimate potential. The four paths of Yoga, namely Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, Gyana Yoga and Raja Yoga allow us to drive away the clouds of ignorance from our consciousness. Once think can be assured that you will not be able to explain this experience in words but could only feel this divineness.

      Post this wonderful enlightenment we would start exploring the serenity of Rishikesh  by visiting the Laxman Jhula and RAM Jhula. Later you will go to visit to Parmarth Niketan, strategically located on the bank of river Ganges gives panoramic view of the river and very special Ganga aarti which is known world wide. 

      This day will ensure you go to bed with a happy and calm heart. 


  • Day 10 Rishikesh Sightseeing

      The day would start with the Yoga and Meditation session . Late breakfast we will visit the Triveni Ghat. The name itself is enough to explain the power of this place, here the three rivers meet that is Ganga, Jamuna and Saraswati and this place is known for itโ€™s purity. It is believed that here you can wash away your sins. It is believed that the ghat was visited by Lord Krishna when he got hurt by the arrow of Jara โ€“ a hunter. The ghat is famed for the Ganga aarti performed to the chants of Vedic hymns.


      Next you will see Hemkund Sahid, here the Sikh devotees had built a very beautiful Gurdwara where food and tea is served day and night. 


  • Day 11 Rishikesh โ€“ Delhi (Drive 260 Km / 6-7 Hrs.)

      You will once again dive into the depth of your soul during the morning Yoga and Meditation session, post breakfast we will collect all the memories and head towards Delhi.
