  • Day 1 Day 1: Arrival Day In Kathmandu

      Day 1: Arrival Day In Kathmandu

      This is the first day of the Manaslu Circuit Trek. You arrive to Kathmandu today. We will assist you to drive you to hotel after welcoming you at the Kathmandu airport arrival hall. We will have a trip briefing meeting today if your arrival is early in the day or if your arrival is late, we will meet tomorrow morning for the same. 

  • Day 2 Day 2: Drive To Soti Khola (730M)

      Day 2: Drive To Soti Khola (730M)

      We will drive to Soti Khola, 139 kilometers west of Kathmandu, today to enter the Manaslu region. The drive will take us through beautiful towns, villages and surroundings. We enter the Budhi Gandaki River valley and reach Soti Khola via Arughat to stay overnight. Soti Khola is a small rural settlement where most of the trekkers in Mananslu and Tsum Valley stay overnight and start the trek. We prepare for the trek to start tomorrow. 

  • Day 3 Day 3: Trek To Machha Khola (930M)

      Day 3: Trek To Machha Khola (930M)

      The first day of trek takes us to Machha Khola today. The walk goes into the river valley along the dirt road. The day brings us the lifestyle of the river valley in the middle hills of Nepal. Following trail through terraced rice fields, jagged cliffs along the river valley, we will trek past Lapubesi, Khanibesi villages before reaching the destination. The gateway to Manaslu region, Machha Khola is a beautiful settlement with tea houses. 

  • Day 4 Day 4: Trek To Jagat (1,410M)

      Day 4: Trek To Jagat (1,410M)

      We will trek to Jagat village today. Todayโ€™s walk takes us past beautiful village of Khorlabesi, Tatopani and Dobhan. Striking views, green surroundings along the river valley and serenity of nature encompass the entire stretch of the trek. Jagat village stands there timelessly along the river valley and is a famous overnight camp for the trekkers in the region.

  • Day 5 Day 5: Trek To Pewa (1,710M)

      Day 5: Trek To Pewa (1,710M)

      We are already on the third day of the trek along the river valley towards Manaslu. Our trek today will take us to Pewa to stay overnight. The trail meanders up the hill and heads towards Deng village above Deng Khola. It is another day of peaceful trekking in the region. We reach Pewa past Deng and check into a teahouse and settle. 

  • Day 6 Day 6: Trek To Ghap (2,050M)

      The destination for our walk today is Ghap. We continue the trekking journey towards our overnight camp via beautiful surroundings of the river valley. We come across stunning views and landscapes before reaching Ghap to stay overnight.

  • Day 7 Day 7: Trek To Lho Gaun (2,910M)

      Day 7: Trek To Lho Gaun (2,910M)

      We will gain a huge elevation difference on our walk to Lho Village today. Almost about 900 meters of elevation gain is big enough for a day in the high mountains. We will trek towards the destination village today via another beautiful village of Namrung. As we have entered the Nubri valley in the high altitude of Manslu region, we can see a different civilization than in the lower parts of the Budhi Gandaki River valley. We reach Lho village, a beautiful ethnic village in the region, to stay overnight.

  • Day 8 Day 8: Trek To Sama Gaun (3,530M)

      Day 8: Trek To Sama Gaun (3,530M)

      We will have to trace mostly uphill trail today while trekking to Sama Gaun. The trail goes towards the villages of Lihi and Sho through forested area. We will have spectacular views of the mountains like Manaslu North and Naike peak from along the trail. Eventually, we reach the wonderful place of Sama Gaun to stay overnight. Sama Gaun offers an incredible example of the cultural riches of Nubri valley. Spending time here is a great cultural immersion.

  • Day 9 Day 9: Acclimatization Day

      Day 9: Acclimatization Day

      We spend an extra day here at Sama Gaun to acclimatize. We will go for some exploration of the surroundings. If we feel good enough and want a little challenging day, we can take a day trip to Manaslu Base Camp. It will be a long day trip there and back to Sama Gaun. Or we can take another easier option of hiking to Pungyen Gompa and return back to Sama Gaun. Or the easiest we can do is to explore the surroundings of the village and Birendra Lake. 

  • Day 10 Day 10: Trek To Samdo (3,830M)

      Day 10: Trek To Samdo (3,830M)

      We are well acclimatized now to trek higher so we continue on our trekking journey. We will trek to Samdo today. We will trek deeper and higher into the Nubri valley and find more wonderful landscapes, views and cultural riches. Once we reach Samdo, we can explore around this village of thatched roofed mud and rock houses. Stunning views of the surroundings will give us beautiful moments in the village.

  • Day 11 Day 11: Trek To Dharmashala (4,470M)

      Day 11: Trek To Dharmashala (4,470M)

      We will trek to Dharmashala today. The trail will take us on a descent and then an ascent towards the destination. Dharmashala, also known as Larke Phedi, is the base of the famous Larke pass. We will stay in a guest in the grassy pastureland of Dharmashala below the pass and prepare for the ascent of it tomorrow. 

  • Day 12 Day 12: Trek To Bimthang (3,720M) Via Larke Pass (5,106M)

      We are on a big adventure day of our trip. We get ready to trek over the highest elevation of the trip. We will continue our walk towards Larke pass that stands at the elevation of 5,106 meters above sea level. Before reaching the pass, we will trek past beautiful glacial lakes. We will have astounding views of the mountain peaks from the top of the pass. Later, we trek all the way down to Bimthang, on the other side of the pass, to stay overnight. 

  • Day 13 Day 13: Trek To Goa (2,560M)

      After the exploration of the majestic Manaslu region and crossing the Larke pass, we are now on the side of the Annapurna Circuit route. We will trek to Goa today. About 5 hours of trek will take us to the destination. We will be closer to the popular Annapurna Circuit trail when we reach Goa village. It is a beautiful Gurung village in the region.

  • Day 14 Day 14: Trek To Tal (1,700M)

      We will trek to Tal village on the bank of Marshyangdi River. This place comes along the Annapurna Circuit trekking trail. We will trek past Dharapani village and reach Tal to stay overnight. 

  • Day 15 Day 15: Drive To Kathmandu

      Day 15: Drive To Kathmandu

      We will drive back to Kathmandu. We take a jeep ride to Besi Sahar on a dirt road and on the highway to Kathmandu. 

  • Day 16 Day 16: Departure Day

      We are on the last day of the trip. We will drive you to airport for your departure flight. Get ready at your hotel three hours prior to your flight time.
