Arusha To Tarangire

After breakfast in Arusha, embark on a two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. En route, pass lively Maasai villages and expansive plains synonymous with African landscapes.

Upon entering Tarangire, commence a game drive across vast golden savannahs surrounding the perennial Tarangire River. This river serves as a crucial water source for wildlife during the dry season, flanked by acacia and Baobab trees. Here, large herds of elephants and other herbivores like zebras and antelopes frequent its banks.

Enjoy a picnic lunch with a river view, though be vigilant as mischievous monkeys may try to join you!

During your park drive, encounter lions, leopards, Cape buffalo, and a diverse array of antelope species.
Day 2 Ngorongoro Crater To Serengeti

Ngorongoro Crater To Serengeti

You’ll journey to the Ngorongoro Crater, a vast natural wonder plunging over 600 meters deep. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area supports a diverse array of wildlife, including herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippopotamus, and majestic African elephants. This picturesque park is renowned for its dense predator population, featuring lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, which requires keen observation to spot.

Our visit includes Lake Magadi, a large shallow alkaline lake in the crater’s southwestern corner, known for its abundant flamingos, hippos, and various water birds. After exploring the crater, we’ll continue our journey to Serengeti National Park.
