Bem-vindo in Brazil! After landing at the international airport of Rio de Janeiro, you will be warmly welcomed. On the transfer to the hotel on Copacabana you can get a first impression of the former capital of Brazil, which is wonderfully embedded between numerous hills and bays. From a distance you can certainly take a look at the two landmarks of the city: the statue of Christ and the Sugar Loaf. The rest of the day can be used as free time.

Visit The Sugar Loaf Mountain And The Christ The Redeemer

After breakfast, embark on a tour to visit Sugar Loaf Mountain and the Christ the Redeemer.

Enjoy the cable car ride up the Sugar Loaf to the highest point. The ride with the cable car takes place in 2 stages: Start at the boarding station for Mount Urca and then from Mount Urca to the summit of the Sugar Loaf. Admire the sight of the long banks of Rio and the beautiful hills covered with the Atlantic rainforest. Relax on top of the Sugar Loaf and snap beautiful photos to remember that moment.

Follow the guide to the next location: the Christ Redeemer. Enjoy the minivan ride along the Paineiras Route in the Corcovado Mountains. Enjoy the splendor of the statue of Christ on the Corcovado. Find the best position to capture the famous image that mimics the Christ Redeemer pose. Take in breathtaking views of the city before returning to the hotel.

You have the rest of the afternoon at leisure.

Recommended: In the evening, experience the most famous carnival in the world with a masquerade ball held annually at one of Rio’s historic venues, the Rio Scenarium, which awaits its visitors with open arms and plenty of Brazilian music.

After breakfast, guided tour of the Santa Teresa neighborhood. Located in the heart of the city, with its natural and architectural landmarks, its Belvedere, cultural centers, studios, galleries, restaurants, bars, hotels and hotels - and even Carnival blocks - enliven more and more visitors and tourists in the neighborhood, especially those who are looking for another alternative for leisure, with a touch of that calm of the past, in the heart of the central metropolis.

Attend The World’S Most Famous Carnival

Breakfast at the hotel and day off to rest and prepare for a crazy night! You will enjoy the show: 6 of the best samba schools of the special group will parade before your eyes. Hundreds of people take turns with very elaborate cars, dancing and singing to the rhythm of the music that has been studied and selected for a whole year.

During the parade there will be 3 different transport shifts available at different times depending on how long you want to stay.

Day 6 Botanical Garden & Tijuca Forest

Free morning.

After lunch you will be picked up for a new tour. On this tour through the lush Tijuca rainforest, you will visit the Chinese viewpoint with a fantastic view of Copacabana as well as Ipanema Beach, Guanabara Bay and Sugar Loaf Mountain. With a little luck, you might see monkeys, sloths, or topical birds.

You will learn about the Taunay waterfall and visit the beautiful Mayrink Chapel.

We end our tour in the botanical garden. On an area of around 140 hectares, the botanical garden fascinates with its around 6500 plant species. The Rio Botanical Garden is one of the ten most important of its kind in the world. Some of the 128 palm trees in the main avenue "Barbosa Rodrigues" date from the time the garden was created. In addition to numerous greenhouses, orchidariums and rose gardens, a lake with giant aquatic plants, such as the largest water lily in the Amazon, "Vitória Regia", is a main attraction.
