Day 1: You will be picked up by us from the Colombo International Airport to be transferred to Sigiriya

Day 2: Explore the Sigiriya rock fortress , Village tour with lunch & transfer to Kandy

Stop At: Sigiriya The Ancient Rock Fortress, Sigiriya 21120 Sri Lanka
Located about 173 km away from Colombo, this ancient artefact lies on top of a sandstone with a height of 200m.
This glorious monument which is also referred to as the 8th wonder of the world by the locals was built by King Kassapa.
The architectural technology of Sigiriya, which was used to build the water gardens, the chain of galleries and staircases evolving from the mouth of an enormous lion is mind-blowing not only to historians but also to modern engineers.
This amazing wonder is listed as one of the UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one the best places for you to give your mind a cracking sensation of a magnificent architecture which dwells among this little country centuries ago

The evening will be accompanied by a traditional dance show in Kandy -

Day 3: Explore Kandy and transfer to Nuwara-Eliya

Stop At: Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, Sri Dalada Veediya, Kandy 20000 Sri Lanka
The golden-roofed Temple of the Sacred Tooth houses Sri Lankaโ€™s most important Buddhist relic โ€“ a tooth of the Buddha. During puja (offerings or prayers), the heavily guarded room housing the tooth is open to devotees and tourists. However, you donโ€™t actually see the tooth. Itโ€™s kept in a gold casket shaped like a dagoba (stupa), which contains a series of six dagoba caskets of diminishing size.

As well as the revered main temple, the complex includes a series of smaller temples, shrines and museums.

In the morning we will take the most scenic train ride in Asia โ€“ The Train Ride to Ella (03 hours) .

Day 6: Morning safari & Transfer to Galle

The day will continue with a visit to Galle Dutch Fort, which was initially built by the Portuguese and fortified by the Dutch. En-route to Galle, we will be able to see stilt fishermen in the southern coastal area.
