  • Day 1 Welcome to Yosemite.
    • 8:15 am - 8:00 pm

      Welcome to Yosemite.

      8:15am: Pick up from San Francisco Hilton Hotel (Mason Street entrance) You will start crossing the Bay Bridge and see Alcatraz and Angel Island. There will be a stop at a local fruit stand to pick up some fresh produce and an opportunity to buy lunch in advance (not included). You'll arrive at a grove of Giant Sequoia trees.Walk amongst these massive wooden monuments, some of which are over one thousand years old. At evening you'll arrive at camp. Your guide will give a campground orientation while the guides set up camp. You can then relax by the river, get dinner in the restaurant (not included), or hang out in the pub. Drinks around the campfire at night is a great way to end the day. Youโ€™ll want to get a good nightโ€™s rest for a full day of hiking on Day 2.

  • Day 2 Hiking day.
    • 7:00 am - 9:00 pm

      Hiking day.

      Rising early, the guides will prepare breakfast and lunch, clean up camp, and head off in the van for a fun day full of hiking, sightseeing, and exploring. The second day is reserved for exploring Yosemiteโ€™s High Country. The hikes are for everybody, don't need to have a high level of physical level. (3 to 10 km depends on the group) Dinner tonight is a camp cookout where you help cook. Then youโ€™ll have time to unwind by the campfire, swim or soak in the hot tub, or play a game of pool at the nearby pub. Swap stories around the campfire with your new friends. โ€œHit the sackโ€ when youโ€™re ready, but in the morning, we โ€œbreakโ€ camp and head to the famous Yosemite Valley.

  • Day 3 Last day and back to San Francisco
    • 9:00 am - 9:00 pm

      Last day and back to San Francisco

      Rising early, the guides prepare breakfast and lunch, and โ€œbreakโ€ camp. As soon as we are all packed up, we head to Yosemite Valley. This day is a free day, where you choose what youโ€™d like to see and do in Yosemite Valley. You can hike to a waterfall, rent a bicycle to cruise around the valley floor ($10usd), check out the visitorโ€™s center, museum, and Ansel Adams Gallery, or relax in the shade by the emerald green Merced River. Regroup for one final group activity, a visit to the El Capitan Meadow to view rock climbers conquering the largest granite monolith in North America. After a full day in the park, we head back to the San Francisco Hilton, arriving around 9pm.
