Day 1: Athens - Corinth Canal - Epidaurus - Nafplion
Stop At: Corinth Canal, Isthmia, Corinth 201 00 Greece
Leave Athens behind travelling with your luxury air conditioned coach and head west to the strategically important Corinth canal, your first stop for the day.

Stop At: The Great Theatre of Epidaurus, Ethniki Odos Isthmou Archaias Epidavrou, Epidavros 210 52 Greece
Drive to Epidaurus and visit the ancient theatre. The UNESCOโS world heritage listed monument is reputed to be the birthplace of Apollo's son Asklepios, the healer and was the most celebrated healing center of the classical world. Epidaurus is probably most famous for its theatre, one of the best preserved classical Greek buildings and still used today due to its amazing acoustics.

Pass By: Nafplio, Nafplio, Argolis Region, Peloponnese
Proceed to the beautiful seaport town of Nauplia. Free afternoon for walking around the old town of Nauplia (the first capital of Greece) or you can visit the Nafplia Gallery of Art with paintings of famous Greek artists dedicated to the Greek revolution. Overnight stay in Nafplion.

Day 2: Nafplio - Myceane - Olympia
Stop At: Archaeological Site Mycenae, Mycenae 21200 Greece
Continue the trip to Myceane. Mycenae was one of the major centers of Greek civilization and a military stronghold which dominated much of southern Greece. Avoid and skip the lines of the archaeological site, home to the kingdom of mythical Agamemnon. You will see the Cyclopean Walls, the Lionโs Gate, the Royal Tombs, including Agamemnon Clytemnestra's, and the Treasury of Atreus, a magnificent 14th-century B.C. structure.

After breakfast, set off with your guide and visit the archaeological site of Olympia with the Temple of Zeus, the Temple of Hera, the altar of the Olympic flame, the Stadium and the archaeological Museum.

Pass By: Rio-Antirrio Bridge (Charilaos Trikoupis), Gefira Charilaos Trikoupis, Antirrio Greece
Depart via Patras and cross the Corinthian bay by the new bridge. Pass by the city of Nafpaktos and from there on, along the coastal road to Delphi, known in ancient times as the navel of the world. Overnight stay in Delphi or Itea.

Day 4: Delphi - Kalambaka
Stop At: Temple of Apollo, Delphi Greece
Rise early and visit the archaeological site of Delphi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and easily one of the most important digs in Europe. Avoid and skip the lines of the archaeological site and walk around the evocative ruins with your guide, see famous monuments like the monument of the Argive Kings, the treasury of the Athenians, the Athenian Stoa, the Polygonal Wall, the monument of Platea and the Temple of Apollo famous for its oracle.

Stop At: Delphi Archaeological Museum, Ethniki Odos Amfissas - Livadias, Delphi 330 54 Greece
Second stop is Delphi museum, with it's spectacular exhibits include the frieze of the Treasury of the Sifnians, the Naxian Sphinx, the Statue of Antinoos the metopes of the Athenian treasury, the famous bronze Charioteer, originally created to commemorate a victory during the 476 B.C. Pythian Games, and many other artifacts. Be sure to check out the bronze Charioteer of Delphi and the Sphinx of Naxos.

Continue to Kalabaka via Central Greece. Overnight stay in Kalabaka.

Leave in the morning for nearby Meteora to visit the breathtaking Byzantine Monasteries. This UNESCO world Heritage site is home for more than 20 rock monasteries. Visit two different impressive Byzantine Monasteries built on top of rock towers and providing breathtaking views over the plain. The monasteries are perched on top of towers of sandstone, which for centuries provided totally inaccessible retreats for the monks. Meteora is considered one of the most beautiful and inspiring area of mainland Greece, and its monasteries are one of the country's most unique attractions.

Return to Athens late in the afternoon passing the heroic monument of Leonidas at Thermopylae.
