Premium Experience In Bali

This experience is available 12 months of the year. The weather is variable, but there’s no real ‘bad’ time of year to go on this adventure.

The majority of the group members are solo travelers, so joining one of the group tours is a great way to meet people and make friends. Before your trip starts they'll put you in touch with the rest of your group so you can start chatting and get to know each other. The accommodation is mostly twin or double share, so we will put you in a room with someone of the same gender. Occasionally there are private room options for an extra charge.

Deciding whether to get vaccinated before you travel is a personal choice. There are no mandatory vaccinations.

The groups are small, of 12-16 people.

All activities, accommodation, transport and some meals are included so you’ll just need money for extra meals, drinks, shopping and onward travel. We recommend bringing at least $500 / £300 spending money. It’s best to take a Visa or Master Card debit, credit or travel money card. There are ATM’s available throughout Bali so it’s easy to get access to cash. Some places accept credit card but not all.

We suggest being between 18 and 45 years old, so everyone can go at the same pace and enjoy even more the experience!

We always recommend traveling with a backpack and packing light! 10-20 kgs of stuff should be plenty.

Travel insurance is compulsory for this experience, we suggest getting one that covers anything from flight cancellation to accidents.

Most nationalities will receive a 30-day visa on arrival in Bali. This visa is free for most nationalities and costs approximately $35USD for others. Some nationalities must apply for their visa beforehand.

It is usually quite hot all year round, so it’s great to go at any time. April to September is usually dry and hot. October to March is slightly cooler with a slightly higher chance of rain.

Yes, depending on the activities for each day, you have some free time to eat, go shopping, etc.

You can wander around the place, go shopping, etc. The tour guide will gladly suggest things you can do on spare time.

The price varies according to the restaurant, the guide can recommend you several eating places that adjust to your budget.

All accommodations we stay at have free Wi-Fi available. Indonesia’s network quality is often lower than you’re used to but you can generally connect and do basic stuff.

Bali and the rest of Indonesia generally use a round 2 pin socket (G type) the same as most of Europe. It’s always best to grab yourself an appropriate adaptor if needed before you go. The voltage is of 220v / 50hz.

There's an open schedule for arrival, since there are no activities on the first day.

The last day is free so you can arrange your transportation back to Denpasar Airport or your onward traveling.

You should take comfortable summer clothes, the weather is usually hot and humid; but we suggest you also pack warm clothing, since it can get cold sometimes.

You should get a travel and medical insurance; the guides will assist you in case of an emergency.

It includes mostly breakfasts that are buffet and they have options available for vegetarians. Breakfast - eggs, toast, fruit, tea and coffee Lunch - Buffet style with fruit. This is generally country specific food with fried rice or noodle. Drinks not included. Dinner - The same as lunch with a bigger buffet selection. Drinks not included.

If you already have a reservation confirmation and you want to change your experience to another one or cancel your trip, a cancellation/change fee of $2,000 MXN will be applied per person. This fee applies to any change regarding names, date, number of travelers, change of experience, or cancellation for any reason. This fee cannot be used on a new experience, neither it will be reimbursed in case you decide to get your original reservation back. This fee will be deducted from the deposit you have already made in your reservation. If you have reserved an itinerary with this guide and you already have an established traveling date, but you wish to change it, we suggest you to get an open date for traveling, so you can later pick another date. Remember you have 365 days to go on your experience once your reservation is registered, as long as the experience you booked is available.
