Camel Experience In The Sahara; Visit From Tangier To Fez

The entire year is recommended for this experience; however, it is better to avoid the months of July and August because of the heat.

In the months from December to April, the temperature varies between 10 and 24 °C while in summer the temperature can reach 37 °C.

The experience begins in Tangier and upon arrival you will be picked up at the airport if the arrival day is the same as the start day. You must send the information of your arrival and departure flights (within the internal chat in your session) at least 30 days before your arrival and confirm that your guide has received them.

Currently, no vaccination is required to enter Morocco. It is recommended that you consult your local doctor and find out the official information before you travel. A PCR test with negative results from the last 72 hours is currently required.

The currency used in Morocco is the dírham marroquí (MAD ). We recommend that you change into your local currency before arriving in the country. Of course, you can travel alone, but you must add a mandatory individual supplement. With this supplement, you guarantee a private room just for you. In Morocco the common voltage is 220V with frequency of 50 Hz. the plugs can have two round pins type C and E, the official outlets are type E and F. So you may need an adapter.

On the day of your arrival you will be picked up at Tangier International Airport - Ibn Battuta (TNG) or Tangier Med Port. It is recommended to arrive before 11:00 hrs.

The last day of your experience is exclusive to finish the adventure. The departure transfer leaves you at your hotel in Tangier or at the Port. It is necessary to send the information of your destination to manage the schedule of the transfer.

Morocco does not require a medical insurance, but we recommend a complete travel insurance that covers any eventuality such as delay or cancellation of flights, it is also suggested to cover major medical expenses for any type of emergency.

Light clothing, comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses and sunscreen, hat. For women it is recommended to wear clothes that are not too low-cut and that cover the shoulders to respect the culture of Morocco.

You can take with you a piece of luggage that does not weigh more than 15 kg and a backpack or handbag.

This will depend on your nationality; some nationalities do require a visa to enter Morocco. It is also important that the passport has at least six months validity from the return of the trip.
