  • Day 3 Salvador
    • 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

      Salvador

Get ready to know more of Salvador de Bahia on a bike tour of Barra, or Ciudade Baixa (subject to availability). Itinerary in Barra: During Carnival, the Barra - Ondina Circuit is the scene of the largest popular festival in the country. Due to its peculiar shape, Barra is the only neighborhood in the world where it is possible to see the sunrise and sunset over the sea. During this tour, admire the most beautiful beaches of the coast of Salvador.

Itinerary of Ciudade Baixa: The Lower City is separated from the rest of Salvador by a geological fault of about 70 meters as can be seen from the Lacerda Elevator. Being mostly flat, the Lower City is home to important Salvadoran postcards, such as the Bonfim Church, which is the destination of one of the most traditional Bahia festivals, marked by religious syncretism. The route between Ribeira and Bonfim is on the seafront with beautiful landscapes with potential for wonderful photographs. Lower Town is known for the great concerts of bars and restaurants specializing in seafood and has one of the most famous ice creams.
