9-night Egypt Explorer Tour From Cairo

Day 1 - Arrival

Picked up from Cairo airport and transfer to your hotel to check in. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2 - Pyramids Tour

Meet your guide at 9 am at your hotel, then start your full day guided tour visiting Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx, Saqqara with its Step Pyramid and ancient cemetery, and Memphis, the old capital and its open air museum. there will be a chance to stop for lunch at a nice local restaurant (optional). Transfer back to the hotel. Overnight in Cairo

Day 3 - White Desert

At 7 am pick up from your hotel in Cairo, transfer by a private car/van to Bahariya Oasis.start the jeep tour to the White Desert. On the way you will visit the Black Desert, Crystal Mountain, and a hot spring.Your lunch will be cooked by your Bedouin guide while visiting the desert, break for lunch on the sand then will take the jeep back to Bahariya ,overnight in a hotel in Baharia .

Day 4- White Desert

After breakfast Transfer to back to Cairo. You will arrive to Cairo at about 3 pm then be transferred to the hotel in Cairo, free after noon ,overnight in the hotel

Day 5 - Cairo City Tour

Meet your guide at 9am at your hotel, then start your full day guided tour visiting the Egyptian Museum , the Alabaster Mosque. Go on a walking tour at Fatimid Cairo and Khan Al Kalili, the old bazaar. There will be a chance to stop for lunch at a nice Nile view restaurant (optional). Break for lunch (optional). In the evening transfer to the train station to take the 1st class over night train to Aswan.

Day 6 – Aswan – Embarkation

Arrival at Aswan and check in on your Cruise Ship. Enjoy guided tour, visiting the fantastic Philae Temple and Aswan High Dam. Overnight on board.

Day 7 - Optional Abu Simbel Tour and Kom Ombo

Free morning. You have the option to pay a visit to the glorious temples of Abu Simbel (3:30am pick-up from the cruise ship). Late afternoon excursion to to Kom Ombo and visit the temple there. Overnight on board.

Day 8 - Edfu and Luxor East Bank

In the morning arrive to Edu and visit Temple of Horus. Later on arrive to Luxor and visit Karnak Temple, then visit Luxor Temple. Overnight on board.

Day 9 - Luxor West Bank – Disembarkation

Start guided tour to see Colossi of Menmon, Valley of the Kings and Valley of the Queens. Then visit Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. In the evening transfer to the train station to take the overnight train back to Cairo.

Day 10 - Departure

Arrival at Cairo in the morning and transfer to the airport or your accommodation.
